"Not surprising," Levi once again said in a nonchalant tone in regard to Isaac's statement about the god of all pokemon hating them, as in more than likely the entire human race. When Isaac asked the kid a follow-up question, Levi sort of just shrugged. In a way, I guess. But if I were Arceus, I'd probably feel the same way," Levi said, speaking the truth while the same tone in his voice didn't waver. After all, humans didn't necessarily live up to god's example, nor its expectations; that also went for Levi himself ...

Levi had wanted to see the so-called 'wormholes' for himself, curiosity seemingly piquing the boy's interest. However, Isaac's comment afterward made Levi fold his arms, once again leaning back in his chair while sulking somewhat at Isaac's statement. He wasn't some doting little schoolboy that needed an official babysitter. He could handle himself just fine. However, When Isaac continued to speak, Levi softened up his stance as he continued to lean back in his seat.

"Is this guy for real?" Levi thought to himself, looking Isaac up and down, practically analyzing him. Levi quietly shifted in his seat once again before he spoke. "What I'm hear for doesn't matter," Levi's voice was calm yet stern, while still carrying the same look on his face. "The only thing that matters is how I can be of service to those above me. Everything else is irrelevant."

Despite Levi's interest in the Grimmsnarl, the boy had noticed what Isaac did, calling his Ralts to Teleport him up in the air, only for it to use its psychic powers to gently send them back to the ground after Sulfur's EARTHQUAKE did its respective job. The moment Levi hopped off his Tyranitar, attempting to pick up the still pokeball he used to catch the Grimmsnarl, Isaac told him that he should wait a bit, but Levi picked it up without difficulty, showing that the pokemon had been successfully caught.

As Levi placed the Pokeball on his belt along with the others, he then heard the sobs which seemed to be coming from a Whismur that was caught in the crossfire of Sulfur's EARTHQUAKE. When Isaac had his Ralts heal the pokemon's wounds, Levi made a 'tch' sound, while making his eyes look away. 'Pathetic' Levi thought to himself. The way Levi saw it was that Isaac should've just let the thing stay there. Why would he bother healing such a weak broken thing?

It also seemed that the Tyranitar's attack from earlier caused some more wild pokemon to come out of hiding. One of the pokemon that appeared was one that Levi had never seen before. It looked like some sort of dog pokemon. It growled at Levi, poising itself to pounce. However, when it did, attempting to bite down on Levi's arm, using LOCK JAW, Sulfur stepped in front of his small master once again, letting the small dog bite down on its arm instead, still not seeming to do much of anything but make the dog yelp when it realized it bit down on something extremely hard. Sulfur grimaced while giving the small dog a death glare before flinging it helplessly into the air. Just as it was about fall, Sulfur caught it, but not in a friendly way. He caught the Maschiff by biting down on the small thing's own paw with a FIRE FANG. The dog cried, howling out in pain as Sulfur's maw held its paw there, burning it. Then, when the thing seemed weak enough, Sulfur flung it to the ground, prompting Levi to throw a Pokeball at it.

When Isaac commented on Levi throwing the Pokeball at the Grimmsnarl he had caught a few minutes ago, Levi just looked at him and said, "Yeah, what about it?" not understanding the reason why Isaac brought it up.

Levi tilted his head slightly; giving Isaac a quizzical deadpan stare. Whatever Isaac was trying to have the boy understand, it just simply was not computing. He didn't get it at all. "Sure, I guess ..." was all Levi said, not really sure what Isaac was expecting for an answer.

Levi was then asked what his pokemon were like and how he got them. Now, that was an easy answer. "They're pretty aggressive. Sulfur's the strongest out of the two, but Emet can hold his own." Levi paused before continuing. "They were given to me the moment my initiation began. I haven't caught any other pokemon." Levi said truthfully. In fact, he didn't feel the need to catch any other pokemon back when he was in Kanto.

Before Levi started to speak again, a Grimmsnarl appeared, seeming like it meant business. It attempted to lunge at Levi and strike him with a SUCKER PUNCH, however before the Grimmsnarl could reach the boy, one of the pokeballs dangling from Levi's belt activated, opening on it's own, materializing Sulfur, his Tyranitar, absorbing the blow from the wild pokemon as if it were nothing. "Finish it," Levi said, commanding his Tyranitar.

The Tyranitar roared, causing an EARTHQUAKE. Levi hopped up on the back of his Tyranitar, knowing that would be the safest place for him rather than standing on the ground's surface. The earth in front of Sulfur buckled, breaking apart violently, entrapping the Grimmsnarl in the partially cracked-open ground. It tried to get out, but after Sulfur's attack, Levi presumed it barely had the energy to stand. Levi tossed a pokeball at the Grimmsnarl's head hard, smacking against it when it made contact, then was forced inside of the pokeball. After it clicked, Levi knew that it had been caught, hopping off from the tyranitar's back, going to collect his new pokemon. "Well, that was easy," Levi said nonchalantly.

Sure, this was ... an odd place to make friends, but with what happened between her and Joey, Levi figured she could use a friend. She didn't have to trust him outright, but he hoped that Eris would at least know that he didn't mean any harm. Besides, he hated Joey so, doing anything to spite him was considered a good thing. When Eris had said that Joey wasn't the scariest, Levi had a feeling as to whom she was referring to. The adults that took them here. She was right though. Levi didn't trust them, and they kept on ignoring him whenever he asked them something, which he didn't like.

When Eris asked how to make joey stop. Levi smirked, leaning over to whisper in her ear. "Kick him right below the knee really hard. He'll cry like a baby," Levi finished, pulling away. Plus, In Levi's opinion, it was an equivalent exchange. After all, he was going to smack her with the toy train if it weren't for Levi taking it from him. What was it that his mom told him? 'if another kid hits you at school, hit them back. Yeah, he believed that was it. Levi remembered that his parents told him to hide back at his home. Unfortunately, he was found, but not by his parents. In fact ... he didn't even know what happened to his parents ... He hoped that they were okay. Despite the circumstances though, he tried to be optimistic, believing that he'd be with them soon enough.

When she told him about the mean things Joey would say to her, that was when Levi started to notice her scars. As Levi had begun to be more aware of Eris's features, he didn't know fully why, but ... he felt ... sad. It looked like Eris had gotten hurt really bad somehow. "So what if they look weird!?" Levi then said abruptly. "Joey does a bunch of weird stuff too, so he doesn't have any room to talk," Levi said, being truthful. By that statement, it was clear that he wasn't bothered by how Eris looked. In fact, it was all the more reason to look out for her. Joey would never leave her alone, so Levi felt that in order to make sure he didn't bother her anymore, he'd be there if need be. Plus, Eris now knows Joey's weakness, and as long as she did what Levi told her, Joey would run away crying like the big fat baby he is.

Levi walked along the main path of route 120, following behind Isaac Merlo . The boy needed more pokemon, and since Isaac was the only person he knew at the moment, he figured that his 'mentor' could take him to go catch some pokemon. Levi didn't really care where Isaac took him, as long as he was able to catch something that caught his interest. The lavender-colored scarf Levi had wrapped around his neck covered his neck, concealing his numbered tattoo as the long end moved slightly with the breeze.

"Any reason why you chose this area to look for wild pokemon?" Levi said, finally saying something. Levi hadn't said anything since the two of them set out from HQ. The boy figured it was more than likely because the area probably had a type that he liked, or preferred. Either way, Levi was somewhat eager to catch some pokemon, despite not showing his eagerness outright.

Levi raised an eyebrow, not sure at first what Isaac meant by his short question. That was when a flash came from the wall, making Levi blink slightly. That was when Levi noticed the camera. Levi mentally groaned, feeling as if a fast one was pulled on him. "Yeah, well I'm not like most kids my age, either." Levi said, leaning back in his seat. The collar of his shirt stretched out slightly, revealing part of the number tattooed on the right side of his neck. That was what he had been called ever since he completed his initiation into Rocket. 81194. No one had the desire to know his actual name, and eventually, even Levi himself got used to being called that. Whether Isaac noticed it or not, Levi didn't really care.

When Isaac started to go on about the past, a part of Levi tensed up slightly. Why? he ... he honestly didn't know. Probably just some weird reflex or something. What helped him shake the feeling away was that Isaac continued to speak while looking up at the ceiling. What he was saying actually piqued the boy's curiosity. "Well, that explains why the region was cut off from the rest of the world. But Arceus ... Isn't that just some stupid myth?" Levi questioned. Levi never really believed in stuff like that. In fact, the only thing he knew of Arceus was simply just that - fairytale bullcrap. And then there were also other dimensions? Levi was obviously skeptical, however, he didn't question it any further because Isaac didn't seem to be yanking his chain with the subject.

Levi sat there quietly, Letting Isaac finish, and once Levi did, he started to speak clearly. "You're right. I personally don't care. However, I understand now why they're having me learn all this stuff." Levi said, adjusting himself in his set once more. Despite him not personally caring about it, he was still going to do what he was told, whether or not he believed in this stuff. If that was what he was being prepared for, then it was clear to him that he was to prepare for such a thing. He followed orders to a T, and something like this wouldn't stop him from doing so. "And since these 'wormholes' are under our constant watch, then I suppose you wouldn't mind taking me one day," Levi said nonchalantly. Sure, he didn't believe that this stuff was real, but he did understand that seeing was believing and with that in mind, Levi figured that Isaac wouldn't mind taking him to see it himself one day.

Levi thought that the person he heard would leave, however, Levi quickly looked up, seeing an older gentleman. Levi hated adults, as the expression on his face clearly showed. Levi sat up straight when the older man asked what he was reading. A part of Levi was confused, somewhat taken aback by his choice of words. Most adults that talked to him would be straight-up jerkish toward him. But this guy ... he just asked him a simple question. It made Levi wonder if he had some ulterior motive for asking, rather than being genuine. Kindness wasn't something that Levi hadn't been used to. Not for a long while. Whenever Levi had these rare occasions he'd become deflective, and sometimes even irritated.

"Been reading on stuff about Hoenn, since it's my first time ever being here," Levi said, trying his best to avoid making eye contact with Isaac. "Which by the way, you're late ..." Levi spat out at Isaac, showing his distaste for his mentor being late. A few seconds later, Levi attempted to read some more, but then he plopped the book down in front of him and said, "Most if not all of these books only talk about the region's past. There's nothing about the present," Levi said, letting out a sigh.

That was when Levi finally made eye contact with Isaac.

"What do you know about what has happened fairly recently? Since these books aren't helping, and since you're my mentor, you probably know a thing or two," Levi said. He wasn't sure how long Isaac has been here, but if he was tasked with helping Levi then surely he'd probably know quite a few things, right?

Levi sat at one of the tables in the main foyer of the Rocket HQ, deciding to read up on things that were accessible to him. The Hoenn Region was completely new to him. In fact, he had hardly spoken to anyone upon his arrival here. He had been transferred, being originally stationed in the Kanto region. What's more, was that there was supposed to be someone that was supposed to help him with all of this stuff, but whoever they were was extremely late. Levi had hoped that they'd be here before he arrived, but he was the first to show, which slightly irritated him ... Okay, it irritated him a lot.

As Levi continued to skim through the books, he couldn't help but feel that the knowledge written on their pages was lackluster at best. "I'd rather spend my time in the battle training rooms ... this is boring," The young boy groaned mentally, tossing the book on the table, then lightly headdesked his forehead against the solid flat surface. It was then that Levi started to think about Eris. It had been years since they saw one another, but he had never forgotten about meeting her back in that playroom where they first met. Levi had changed a lot, to say the least. He hardly ever said anything unless he deemed it necessary or was being spoken to. He didn't much care for idle chit-chat. He had grown up, probably a hell of a lot faster than most kids his age. He wondered if Eris was here somewhere in the region. He highly doubted it since his luck was horrible. Regardless, he couldn't help but think about her. She was his only friend, and he didn't even know if they'd see each other again.

a few minutes later, while Levi was deep in thought, Footsteps could be heard approaching Levi. He didn't sit himself up straight, thinking that it was just someone passing by, rather than his expected 'mentor'. Was it even right to call them that? Levi didn't know but that is, or rather 'was' their role, or whatever you wanted to call it.

Levi continued to smile at the little girl, despite her crying. "Damn, Joey! Why does he have to be a big fat jerk?" Levi thought to himself. Weren't they all worried and confused? Turning on one another wasn't a good idea. Then again, what could they do to get out of here anyhow? Levi didn't know why he and the rest of the kids were brought here. Every time he'd ask, he'd be ignored as if they didn't hear his question. It was annoying.

Regardless, if he could cheer the girl up, then things wouldn't be all that gloomy, right? Levi listened carefully, trying to drown out the squeaking from the train wheels as the little girl was trying to tell him her name. "Eris, huh?" Levi said, thinking the name suited her. Levi kept his smile while grabbing the only box of tissue in the room off the small table sitting next to him and handing it to her. "Well, Eris. We can be friends! Plus, if mean booger-eating Joey comes back, I can show ya how to get rid of him," Levi said confidently, his smile turning into a grin. The thing about Joey was that he may seem tough but he was actually the biggest cry-baby in here. All ya had to do what kick him in the shin and he'd whine for a good couple of hours. Plus, giving a bully a taste of their own medicine was actually relieving to Levi in a way.

The voices of the multitude of kids surrounding the playroom were drowned out as Levi sat in a corner in silence. He didn't know where he was, let alone why he was taken to this place. He didn't even know where his parents were. He was just taken by these people, who he didn't even recognize. Some of the kids he recognized from school, while others were also fairly new to him. as Levi continued to sit there, drowning out the laughter of the kids, the only set of voices that he heard was a boy picking on a younger girl. After a few good minutes of Levi just sitting there, listening to the conversation between the two unfold, He got up from his corner, walking over towards the crowd of other kids that started to form, also taking notice.

Once things got more heated between the two, the boy lifted his hand with the toy train, as if about to send it flying into the girl's face, Levi snatched it out of his hands before he could even swing. When the other boy noticed that Levi had taken it, he said, "Hey, give that back! It's mine!" Levi then said, "Why should I? And not anymore it isn't," Levi retorted. "In fact," Levi said, pushing the boy out of the way; sitting down in front of the girl he was fighting. "It's hers now. Go find some other toy to play with," Levi said, not even so much as looking at the other boy while he finished speaking. The other boy huffed, marching away which made Levi form a smug little smirk as he glanced over. He then looked back at the little girl sitting in front of him and said, "Doubt he'll mess with ya as long as I'm here. Joey's an idiot who likes picking on anyone," Levi grinned, pushing the toy train in front of the girl. "I'm Levi. What's your name?" he asked, being friendly despite not knowing who she was, let alone where they were.

History

Levi was one of the many children that Rocket had taken in after the Kanto Invasion; his parents were murdered during the invasion. Team Rocket has warped his brain, making him suppress the memories of his past, as well as making him believe that he is their property, hence the number tattoed on his neck, calling him No. 81194.

Personality

Levi is not like most kids his age. He doesn't say hardly anything unless spoken to and acts much older than his actual age. This is more than likely due to the death of his parents. Rocket has essentially warped his brain, making him actually believe that he is nothing but two things - a tool that they use how they see fit, as well as a piece of 'property'. He follows orders without even giving them a second thought because that is how he was essentially 'raised'. He's not very trusting towards people, and those he does trust are very few and far between.

Misc. Information

+ Levi killed his parents murderers. They turned out to be Rocket deserters, and Rockets used Levi's anger as means of disposing of a problem, while also converting him into something that they could use - killing two birds with one stone. In fact, this order was essentially Levi's initiation into Rocket as a Grunt.
