Okay, so maybe this was beyond lame. No real "maybe" about it, it was incredibly lame on his part. To invite his cousin, of all people. Part of him couldn't help the feeling of nostalgia that crept forward. They used to do things like this, a million years ago. It had been fun and also one of the few times he felt like he could just take it easy without family expectation.

Even more so, he was surprised she agreed. He figured she would throw it back in his face, laugh at him, and then hang up. Even if she had, he wouldn't have blamed her for it. Sen could be an asshole and had been when it counted. That didn't mean he was going to go and apologize to Yumi, unless it made sense for him strategically. He could simply try and be appreciative, considering she got him his current job that wasn't all that bad.

"Of course I'm on time, I'm always on time." A bigger lie had never been spoken. "Mostly," He added.

"I'm just here for the carnival food." He said with a shrug before stepping toward the entrance. "Already got your tickets."

The little sounds that the other man produced were intoxicating in their own way. He told him to shut up, but he wanted the opposite. He wanted to drive every sound to the surface, milk every cry out until he felt satisfied by the chorus. He'd think about the small details later, right then it was only instinct.

There was no room for other thoughts beyond the driving need to get on with it. "You don't seem to bothered by it actually, or am I wrong?" He teased, not quite lessening on any rude behavior. He was never a gentle lover and the other clearly hadn't wanted his gentleness either, which suited him just fine.

"The way you're looking at me? How could I resist?" He laughed at that, throwing his clothes aside carelessly before climbing back up over the other. His hand fixed to the smaller man's jaw, pressing kisses to his skin and mouth. The other pulled at slight hip bones rough enough to bruise. He hoped that there were marks left over, a signature of him being there.

Slow down wasn't in Sen's mental vocabulary, especially not in times like this. He was a goal-oriented person most of the time (despite how seemingly lazy he could be), but it extended into the bedroom. Red was a lot wilder than he anticipated, considering how shy he'd seemingly been at first. He almost might have felt played if he didn't enjoy the unexpected outcome.

That started little sound sent a shiver down his spine, the way it pressed hungrily against his mouth. His hands felt greedy, his mouth even more so. Suddenly he felt like he was in a rush, without the dam holding him back. "Yes, I do. Now shut up." He retorted with an edge of cocky laughter and a none-too-subtle grind of his hips, pressing the other harder against the wall before pulling away. "Bedroom?" He asked simply, already heading in a direction. The wide, concerned eyes of rodents watched them as they passed, which was pretty hilarious too.

It wasn't until he made it to the bedroom that he rather rudely deposited the slighter man onto it. Barely a breath between the action and then he was yanking off his shirt. Clearly the guy could handle it, right? Maybe not without complaint, but Sen liked that too.

This guy just kept surprising him.

It was a good sort of surprise though. More than good.

The other man leaned back into him and there was no sheepishness there. He didn't shy away or submit under the touch, but pressed against it. Challenged it, even. Sen wasn't sure what he was expecting from the red-head but certainly not this. Turned out there was truth in the saying about judging a book by its cover, this time he was definitely incorrect.

“Surely you can do better than that.” Isn't someone a tease.

That challenge brought out a breathy laugh, splitting apart just long enough to shake his head and fail to retort anything in turn. It was unnecessary anyways. This time when he kissed him, he didn't hold back. One hand tangled in long red hair while the other traveled down the length of his back to pull him in closer. Maybe it was insulting to believe that the other was delicate, though that hadn't been his preconception. He just didn't seem the type, but he was quickly corrected. It was just the permission he needed.

His height made him double over to reach the shorter man. Within a matter of seconds, he'd grown impatient with the uncomfortable position and picked the other man up without warning before pushing him back into the wall. "That better?" He scoffed in return.

"I find I'm rather inclined to the type of rodents that fly." He couldn't be sure why he liked bats. Maybe it was because they were like him, mostly nocturnal and prone to screeching when disturbed. If he thought about it, Red was kind of mouse-like, small and quiet.

They came to an apartment complex that he could only assume was the other man's. It wasn't much, but it was nicer than the one he was currently stowed away in. His was a coffin, small and covered in various webs and reeking with different smells. "I like it." Not true, he didn't like anywhere so far. His expectations were quite high in comparison to anything he could capably afford.

"Woah, careful there." He laughed, hand returning to that place to steady him. His fingers lingered there maybe a touch to long before pulling away. He too wasn't all that steady considering. Maybe if he'd had less to drink, he might reconsider what he was doing. The interior was nicer than his own, but he was actually a slob not used to cleaning up after himself. His own pokemon were more insistent a screechy when he entered the building, endlessly hungry.

"No, I'm good." He said with a crooked smirk, knowing exactly what he wanted. His eyes darted across pale skin, exposed only for a moment before vanishing again. Giving the other a second to process the room after removing his hoodie, he slipped forward. His hand pushed red hair from the other's face as he leaned forward to kiss him. That was the point of this all, right? It wasn't insistent or rough, not yet. For now, he'd give the other a chance to decide what he wanted.

He'd worn out his very narrow and tentative welcome. It was in the tenseness of her shoulders, that little itch of disdain barely hidden on her face. Despite appearances, Sen was smart and he could pick up on things relatively quick. It was what made him so good at driving a knife where it could hurt. Granted though, this was sloppy work. In truth, he didn't actually intend to hurt his cousin. It was simply the uttered truth, simple as that.

It wasn't that he didn't care about her pain, because he knew she experienced it. The problem was, it was too late, he was rotten. For as much shit as his family seemed to give about him, he was the perfect product of it. All the inconvenience that had come from being booted out of the family, his experience was hollow, empty. He was a black hole. The part of him that should have flinched when his words struck her, could only process that she had shown her hand and that made her weaker for it. Sen could help but be a bit of a perv. He wanted to run his hands through his hair, see what sounds Red made when he pulled. It was the kind of delirious, half-drunk thoughts that were better off staying in his fucked up little head. It hadn't been that long, had it? So, really, he had no justification for the thirst, but he didn't have anyone to apologize to about it, yet.

As far as he could tell, the other man seemed to be on the same frequency. For as little as he knew about the other, he could help but want to pry. Even then, he remained quiet. At least, he tried to. "Rodents?" A little chuckle at that. He thought his apartment was full of them, the unwanted ones. Oh well, it couldn't be a step down from his own place, he was sure.

He followed alongside the other, unaware of the little looks and glances in his direction. If anything, it was a little funny to him that someone small and awkward would even want to be in this situation, but hey everyone had needs, in the end. He felt antsy, hanging onto composure. He felt like reality was blurred and maybe he was moving too fast, but this wasn't like his usual nights. Usually he was an inch away from too far. Crash and burn. This was pretty fucking tame, at least for now.

Though it wouldn't be the first time. Luckily, he had drank just enough not to be particularly worried about the potential serial killer her was choosing to go home with. Red was small, which was both undeniably attractive, but also made him somewhat more confident about his chances if this did somehow go wrong.

He expected warm, humid air when he stepped outside, the stickiness of a hot day lasting well into the night, however was granted by a touch of evening chill. Even then, his own apartment didn't really have a/c, so it might be nice to spend a night in a place that didn't feel like an oven. There was also no way in hell he was going through the humiliation of taking someone back there.

Sen smiled at that, it was such an innocent sentiment. Maybe it was an act, but it was still nice that he could provoke that kind of response. Even if it was bullshit and most of this was simply the reaction to attraction. "Yeah, suppose that's true. Though now I suppose I owe you, sounds dangerous." His grin was crooked, just a touch wolfish as he teased him. He definitely wasn't about to object free drinks, especially when he couldn't afford it. Free booze and a pretty face, talk about hitting the goddamn jackpot tonight.

Admittedly, even Sen had a bit of a nerdy side. It seeped out with the things he was passionate about, tech being one of those things. Of course, his interests weren't exactly squeaky clean, but the other's response made him feel that maybe he understood that too. "Freelance, right." He laughed at that, feeling a little sheepish. "Yeah I'm freelance right now." It technically wasn't untrue. Especially if he could work some money out of his more successful cousin, Yumi Hasegawa . Though there was no telling how that shit was gonna go. He was loathing the idea of even approaching her. He had been a bit of an asshole, after all. Sucking up was a bit demeaning.

There should have been something thrilling about the idea of a job. That was his problem, wasn't it? A lack of purpose. He sought to make himself useful and they ridiculed him to the point that none of it mattered. Already, he was looking for ways to self-destruct, it was fucking typical. Though, it wasn't like he was gonna get on his knees and praise her for it. "Thanks." Still, he didn't say it all that derisively.
