A god? Bound by duty and desire. They can protect or destroy, depends on who they favor. They’re beyond right or wrong. Look at the Ruinous Pokémon—embodiments of what we fear, but are they wrong for existing?

Keiko knew the feral foxes would be here, and she had to be careful. The Hisuian Zoroark were known to be fiercely territorial, especially when it came to their land and offspring. She might have been able to get away with her presence due to having her own fox, which might have given her some leniency, but she knew better than to push her luck. As she watched, she couldn't help but admire their wild manes, which reminded her of the elaborate hairstyles from the Kabuki performances back in Kanto. But one the off change one seems draw to her a pokeball was right.

Keiko is like a storm—wild, fierce, and unpredictable. To those who meet her, she can come off as aloof, sassy, or even dangerous. Her sharp tongue and tough exterior make her seem distant, but behind that is a fiercely protective big-sister figure. She doesn’t tolerate weakness, yet those close to her know her loyalty is unshakable. Her battle-hungry nature often overshadows her softer side, but she would go to any lengths to protect the people she loves, making her an intimidating yet deeply caring individual.

Backstory: Raised by Team Rocket in Kanto, Keiko’s early life remains a mystery due to repressed memories, likely linked to trauma. Despite this, she formed a fierce loyalty to her adopted brothers, viewing them as her true family. Her intense protectiveness over them often leads her to take on dangerous missions without hesitation. At the age of 18, she was transferred to Hoenn for advanced training and met Islwyn. Although they grew close, Keiko ultimately left Hoenn, lying to Islwyn about her reasons for leaving. She grown stronger since then going wherever Team Rocket tells her to. She has been in a few regions such as Galar and Sinnoh. Now back in Hoenn ready to face her unresolved past and crush the League.
