[nospaces] [attr="class","sbody"] [attr="class","ihead"] KINGS DOMINION [attr="class","aname2"] lilycove gym [attr="class","ipad"] GYM INFORMATION[break][break] kings dominion is home to a large and popular casino. renown throughout the region, it is a fairly tall building; large even, it's said to resemble a castle, earning its moniker " CASTLE CASINO". many come to partake in various games. be they table, slot, or unique. the UNIQUE games are specifically geared toward trainers who come to wish and challenge the gym. that's right, kings dominion also has a gym. [break][break] unlike your usual gyms, kings dominion has many ways to win; through not just a battle, but a GAMBLE. here it's all about risks and surpassing your limit. enhancing one's ability to think, outwit, and grow not just the pokemon but the trainer as well. these days people come to gyms believing that all they need is the ability to battle; though their belief is not wrong, kings dominion has here, kings dominion treats their patrons, the trainer, as special guest. when arian coin is requested, they will be taken to THE VELVET ROOM. someone who has a large sum of money, such as FERNANDO SILPH , is a perfect example. his character can wager a large sum of money because he comes from a rich family, as written in his history/how he plays his character and makes a note of this in several threads; whereas it wouldn't make much logical since for someone who doesn't. don't worry, if you're not in the mood to wager, capture, or put one of your pokemon on the line, there is an alternative route: LIFE CHIPS.

you may be wondering, "what are LIFE CHIPS?" small discs used in lieu of currency. these specific tokens, or chips if you will, are to REPRESENT THE VALUE OF YOUR LIFE. should you lose, depending on how much was wagered by the house, based on the value your life has all comes down to your character's background and their INFAMY. as one of kings dominion's own, and by default arian coin 's personnel, you will be subjected to work for kings dominion until you pay off the debt. may it be hours, days, a month, or a year? who knows! - second rule. this should go without saying, but wagering the badge of another gym leader is allowed. it's of equal value.
- third rule. each game adheres to its own set of rules. it's imperative that all players involve abide by them. be sure to read each game carefully.
- fourth rule. players have the right to partake in any choice of game. if a player so chooses, they may request a RANDOMIZATION if they are unable to decide.

behind the building there is a tall tower that was built specifically for this game. the game will begin on the SIXTH FLOOR, which is the top. the player(s) must descend to the FIRST FLOOR, obtain the key at the bottom to show proof, and return to the sixth floor with the key. easy, right? yes, easier said then done.[break][break]
the tower has a numerous amount of doors. floors have several doors with panels on them, in the walls, the center of the tower and trap doors in the floor. to get downstairs one must open a door. in order to open them one must answer the question upon the panel. simple, right? no. this is as far as i will inform you, i don't wish to reveal a lot about the game. it'd ruin the fun after all.[break][break]

[break][break] RAISE'EM HIGH, HIT'EM LOW [break] STRONGER or WEAKER, raise'em high or hit'em low: CHOICE POKER is the name, but with a twist. the game will be played upon a DUELING ARENA. inside of a room found within kings dominion; there is a room with an arena that befits a maximum of two to four players, depending on the number of participants. [break][break] when entering, there is a ball holder for the participants to place their respective ball capsules in. once an agreement to the number of pokemon participating has been made, they will set their balls on the panel. having done so a holographic version of their pokemon is created onto the large field in front of their duel tower. [break][break] once the game has started, a hologram creator will sprout at the level of your torso where, in a flash of light, a holograph of five cards will appear in front your face. there is only one joker in the 53-holographic card deck. in this game you can neither fold nor call. the rules are the same as actual poker. you will be dealt five cards, which you will only be allowed to exchange once per round; USE THIS WISELY. the one with the best hand wins. the individual(s) who win on that specific round are allowed to attack and destroy one other holographic pokemon upon the field, which will act as your life points as well: lose a holograph, you just lost a life point and an attacker. [break][break] players MUST BET, and if they so choose RAISE. money is extremely important in this game, but if you have none? then an adequate wager is fine; if you have nothing to wager? then you LIFE CHIPS may be applied. the PERSON WITH THE HIGHEST BET may HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE A CHOICE: RAISE'EM HIGH or HIT'EM LOW. if the chooser chooses to "raise'em high" or "hit'em low", cards will be shown. whomever possesses a STRONG HAND may choose whom to attack (if there is more then one person participating), but if both the opponent and the chooser have nothing? then a choice is made based on the cards in hand. [break]B.A.Q. is an acronym, and anagram, for Quick, Art, Buster. a game created in kings dominion, it's very popular with the children. the card game is simple and easy to utilize and must be utilized with a mechanism referred to as a " DUEL DISK". by placing it upon the non-dominant arm, the duel disk will light up and turn on once it has connected to the opponent. [break][break] there are FOUR CARDS that will be utilized throughout the entire game; the cards will be holographic. both parties will start out with THREE RANDOMIZED CARDS. upon a big display the ID of the challenger, gym leader, and their chosen pokemon will be displayed; along with five health bars that we will call " STARS". below you will find information on the symbols that will be placed upon the cards front and terminologies alongside them as follows: [break][break]  – DISK, a required item that will manifest the holographic cards into the wearers hands.[break]  – STARS, these will act as your life points. you will start off with five.[break][break]  – QUICK, when the player has pulled this card. a group of phantasmal blades will be sent hurdling toward the opponent. depleting them of one star. this is an attack card.[break]  – ART, a card that will restore a single star per turn. this is a card that will act as your support. these are very important to obtain.[break]  – BUSTER, be careful when you have a buster card. these are self-destructive and self-destructive only. having one in your hand is okay, but if you don't get rid of it and obtain another buster card. both the first and second will explode in hand simultaneously, thus causing you to lose not only a life but YOU WILL ALSO HAVE A SKIPPED TURN. there is no other way to get rid of a burst card. you may use it and sacrifice a star, or hold off on using it and pray you don't get a second one.[break][break]  – VOID, the null card. it does nothing. this is called a blank-type. useless.[break]  – DEATH, the death card. a dangerous card to wield. there's no chance of knowing when or whom may draw this card. the person to draw this card will be facrd with an automatic loss, thus ending the gamble and the battle. it can be game changer or a game ender.[break][break] you can only have a MAXIMUM OF THREE cards in your hand. go over three and you will have to sacrifice one upon choosing to end your turn should you not play a card. as long as you have three cards, you're safe to do as you please. [break][break] this should go without saying, but a pokemon battle will be happening at the same time. meaning you'll be fighting two battles at once: a card battle and a pokemon battle. LIFE or DEATH, a wager is made. will the challenger's pokemon walk out of this gym with the badge in tow or will they meet an unpleasant end? it's a gamble of unknown fate. life and death is a game of chance. the challenger, should they have nothing of significance to wager and are too afraid to utilize casino chips that will represent 1 million per chip; then they will be given 30 LIFE CHIPS if they do not wish to be in debt with actual chips. that will match arian coin 's 30 chips which will add to 30 million. [break][break] before the game has begun, an arbiter will place a board between the duo upon a pedestal. numbered from 1 to 30, the boards numbers symbolize the time that it will take to defeat the opposing challenger for the gym and vice versa for the challenger. the players must choose a side, "will we live and win in this time limit?" or "will they ' die' and lose in this time limit?" the leader and challenger will choose the side they'll bet upon, both are viable of course. you may spread your chips upon both life and death, or remain upon a single side if you possess such confidence. how you use your chips is entirely up to you. [break][break] should the gym leader or challenger come to be defeated or victorious in a specified time frame (post count) and a certain number of chips were placed upon that specific number. the victor will have their winnings multiplied by 30, whereas the loser will come to owe the amount the winner earned. money must be used within this game. a pokemon will not be acceptable nor anything else. if you do not possess the proper funds, life chips are available. [break][break] TAROT CARD(S) OF FATE [break] if you wish to try your luck against fate. then by all means i dare you to come forth. the game is played in 3 rounds using a deck of tarot cards. the cards are placed face-down on a table and the game is played by flipping them up one by one. CARDS ASSIGNED A SCORE equal to their number i.e. THE WORLD BEING XXI IS ASSIGNED 21 POINTS. this score is awarded only to one of the players, with the outcome being dependent on the score. cards score depending on their position when flipped up, if they are facing upwards they award positive points, if they are reversed they award a negative score. THE SOLE EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE IS THE FOOL which serves as the game's "joker". if the fool is face-up it is an instant-win for the score player, if reversed it is an instant loss. both scenarios happen regardless of any score. [break][break] the game begins by assigning THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE who will each flip one card during their turn. as the game is played using tarot, these individuals REPRESENT the PRESENT, PAST and FUTURE respectively. the GYM CHALLENGER is selected as the score player, with every card flipped counting only for them. if the total outcome is positive, they win, if negative, they lose. the gym challenger, as the "present", plays first. ⭐ the STAR COUNTRY [break][break] this game REQUIRES THREE PEOPLE (a non-playable character may be provided if the gym challenger has no one to suggest). there will be a maximum usage of THREE or SIX POKEMON, the choice will be decided by an agreement. each player and their pokemon will be given a vest, with their respective alignment's symbol on the back, to adorn. each king will be a given a glove; this glove is to be used to tag the king upon their back. when a king has been tagged their vest will glow a red color, signaling their execution. [break][break] all pokemon will have an earpiece in order to receive instructions from their respective king (trainer). a device will be given to the three kings. this device will have the ability to show them the location of an enemy, but unable to identify the enemy in question; be it the pokemon or type, except for the king's respective pokemon. the devices will grant the king the ability to see the head of their pokemon upon the device, but when an enemy is near? it will show a star, sun, or moon; unable to identify whether it is the king or a soldier. [break][break] the game will be broadcast throughout lilycove. the entire city will be a battleground, you are expected to do your best to keep damage to a minimum. each king will be directed to a specific location that will act as their "kingdom". only the king can execute a king. [break][break] the individual that occupies the position of the HEART SUIT is ACTING LEADER of the four suits in arian coin 's absence. the four suits are personal protectors of lilycove city only. should they choose to act on their own outside? then that is not of arian's concern. each suit has a different bond and personal history upon being recruited with/by arian coin .
