His Comfey managed to shake off the spores and remove them from it's body, yet the rest of Bryan's actions weren't so lucky. He couldn't react to the solar beam coming at him, thankfully his allies are already making short work of it. "T-thank you.." he said to Raziel Beckett , unaware of who the man was.

He realized the error of his idea. He just..he just single handedly made the situation ten times worse as suddenly the crystal thorns jabbed and crucified Xerneas as it looked to Bryan in pain. 'You..must..flee..' [break][break]

Xerneas was alive but with that thing around who knows for how long, it wasn't long before Bryan began to feel even more affects of the dark spores and on top of that Xerneas's lingering life force slowly fading. He was pathetic right now, he could barely even speak anymore as he felt his eyes become heavy, the fear in his body boosting his adrenaline especially as he saw what became of the tree. "No. We're staying." he grunts as his gaze looks up towards the horrid sight befalling him.[break][break]

"SOLEILLLL!!" he shouted at the tree, realizing he has no idea what became of his sister's body. Did...Did Necrozma consume it? [break][break]

That..that bastard ass monster.."First you take chu-e, then you take my sister.." he muttered to himself as he slowly tried to stand up as he began.."Then you hurt Xerneas and take my tree. You're gonna fucking pay." he responds as he grabs a Pokéball, sending out a shadow comfey as Bryan began to give orders. "Comfey, you use floral healing. Smeargle sketch and heal xerneas. Keep him alive." he orders weakly as he refuses to fall over. [break][break]

"Eevee use Stored Power on that Necrozma! Illumina Comfey you use draining kiss on it! See if you can send that healing energy to Xerneas!" He orders.

He had been hanging around route 123 looking for some dark types. He had been collecting a lot of grass and fairy types as of late thanks to the surplus of time he had been spending in the tree of life.[break][break]

He thought back to the first time he met @adrian, the two of them acquittances, but it seemed like fate kept their paths crossing over and over, in rocket, in the tree, now tied by the deities they serve. [break][break]

He pulled out a cigarette as a new stranger approached him, Bryan raising an eyebrow at them but not saying much as well, this was a path to get to another area in Hoenn.. However, the pokemon who were watching them had other things in mind as they slowly approached the pair.

A move she hadn't seen before? He raised an eyebrow but didn't really think much of it at first. Maybe she just wasn't as informed? Fairy types..or potential fairy types were pretty tricky little creatures, always with tricks up their sleeves. [break][break]

When she sits, he doesn't really react aside from a small smile on his face. "Hah, brave of you to sit. I like it. Feel free to stay sitting, put all your focus into commanding your vulpix." [break][break]

When it came to training, unless it was hand to hand, he was a lax teacher. "Tank it slurpuff." he orders as slurpuff braces for the ice beam to connect. It takes the beam head on, ice forming on it's arms but it seems still ok for the most part. "Slurpuff sticky web in return." he orders as slurfpuff opens it's mouth and shoots out a web of meringue cream that hardens upon contact.

The scisors double team began to fill up the arena, bryan didn't really have an answer for a wide spread move...yet. [break][break]

"Morgan. Do it." he calls out as he touches the keystone earing he wore and grimmsnarl's hair moves away form his chest revealing a megastone as it's hair began to grow wild on it's body. "Use your move. Snooze." he calls out as a dark energy erupts from each of grimmsnarls hands and spreads outwards as it claps it's hands. He was attempting to put Scizor to sleep, but he had a feeling it wouldn't be that easy.

"Has been leaking rather crucial information and sabotaging some of our operations. Specifically some of my own." he eyed up the weapon Gwyar had by his side, specifically stopping when Gwyar would be within reach of Bryan with it. "So what are you gonna do about it? pig."

He asked as Mightyena, his strength weakened by the king's shield tries to shake it off unsuccessfully, launching a more vicious attack in the form of a fire fang, once more leaping towards the aegislash in an attempt to let the flames melt away at it's body.

He weakly accepted Bryan's offer of help and so he got to work. Bryan picked up the lycanroc himself, the thing was too weak to even fight back and resist bryan's lifting of it. He placed by the stranger and stood back a little bit. "Fine." he said, annoyed he was even doing this. [break][break]

Old habits died hard he supposed. [break][break]

Bryan extended a hand out from underneath his cloak, nothing happened at first until a kaleidoscope of colors cascaded from his hand and slowly began to wrap around the two. The blood around them dried up, their wounds closed, and they'd feel an energy surge within their body as Bryan replaced what had been lost. As he was focusing on restoring their bodies he felt a question nagging at the back of his mind. "What happen?" he asked, wondering if someone did this to send a message.

Bryan had shown up with decidueye in the time distortion. oscar clayton had asked him to come and help check things out since he was pretty resilient and these areas were known to be dangerous. "Shadow sneak!" he ordered into the darkness as suddenly a garchomp was rampaging inside one of the hallways in the power plant. Decidueye slowly emerged from the wall firing a couple of it's arrows at the garchomp as they bounced off of his rough skin. [break][break]

Another form change occurred as Decidueye began to grow more orange in color and dashed in, delivering a series of tough kicks to the dragon's body, knocking it over as it vanishes in a flash of light. Huh...cool.

He had been sitting in the garden inside of the sub, he had a new found appreciation for plant life given his new abilities. Grass type pokemon also seemed to be more inclined to approach him now as well. [break][break]

His ferroseed was plunked into the ground, a jumpluff floating in circles around it as if it was performing a ritual but the ferroseed was just stuck in the floor, enjoying the artificial sunlight. He laid in the grass nearby, sipping on his favorite adult tea, whiskey. Little did he know that a familiar face who always seemed to be able to find him was going to approach him soon. Continuing their conversation from before.

He and Xerneas both smiled as they saw that their treatment for oscar seemed to prove effective. [break][break]

He had made a complete 180 from his previous demeanor, throwing his cane to the side and everything as he practically left for joy and bolted out of there, singing praise of thanks. [break][break]

Yet it didn't last for very long, within the week oscar had returned, speaking into the tree claims that the disease had returned and..changed? bryan emerged from nearby bark and studied oscar closely, befuddled by this. "What? What do you mean it's evolved? It should've been completely gone. I felt it vanish.."

someone covered in flames quickly approached him, freaking him out slightly as he wondered if he was an enemy. But it seemed like he wasn't since it sounded like he came to lend his help. "Watch out!" he shouts shoving the man down as he tosses a pokeball with an Appletun who quickly uses a protect. The dome is erected trying to protect them all but mainly looking to save Bryan and Xerneas. [break][break]

Yet this protection comes at a cost, Appletun's life is forfeit as it couldn't stop an ultra beast let alone the power of it's z-move. [break][break]

he's saddened by this loss, Xerneas as well. But the time for grieving must wait as they had to continue to fight. They had no other options, the natural order of the world had demanded it so. [break][break]

After all, what was the purpose of an avatar other than to have a stake in the fate of the region? [break][break]

And so he'd stake his claim, he'd defend the tree for as long as he could with help from this masked stranger. "Infinity energy. Can any of your Pokémon weaponize it? Aim it at the tree, the more infinity energy we can feed it the more control of the tree Xerneas and I can take back from..this thing.." [break][break]

As Xerneas silently looks over to the masked stranger and Bryan. "My strength is wavering quickly... please assist me however you can young man.." he asked the stranger as geomancy was still being channeled, yet it started to dim slightly thanks to the dark spores slowly growing on xerneas's body and as a result Bryan started to feel weaker as well not only thanks to his own spores but their shared connection. [break][break]

"Shit..Xerneas..no.." Their lives were tied to one another, should Xerneas be weakened then Bryan would be as well. [break][break]

But he had to continue. "Eevee..smeargle.." he says releasing two pokeballs as his Pokémon looked on confused. "Please...light of ruin the tree, smeargle follow her lead.." he asked as they both turned and obliged, eevee firing off her own light of ruin as smeargle followed her lead, sketching the move and firing light of ruin upon the tree as well.[break][break]
