fixing a hat atop of his head. the rocket member would do well to keep his face covered from being seen. as he and his associate surveyed the deck. he would look around to see if there was anyone else roaming about. "the coast is clear," pulling out a communication device once all was clear. rosario would come to have a seat upon one of the unconscious men's body.

"let's start plannin' the fiesta, compas'."

there were several cargo ships docked. the one both Mayday Markov and @rosario stood upon was one that had the highest security for the most delicious "goods". these "goods" in question were guarded by various rangers. unlike the other cargos here. an anonymous tip had been given to the league. this "tip" said that one out of the ten imported goods possessed illegal contraband on it. they were even given the ship said to have these illegal items. what was inside it had yet to be unveiled, but rangers were tasked to ensure it did not end up in rocket palms.

"i'm sure they're expectin' us to just waltz right in and pick up the package, but that's not what we're gonna do."

rosario would toss the woman what looked to be a detonator. "let's go personally greet them and have some fun. hold onto that for me will you?" and so he would lead the way to the lower deck.

with his hat tightly lowered, he would lead the way to greet one of the guardsmen. "working hard or hardly working?" he greeted the young ranger in-training. "me and my associate here came to report that all is well. how's the cargo?" the young ranger would respond that it was all well and safe.

"good, good."

rosario would then proceed to knee the male in the stomach. as he bent over his leg, he would then elbow the youth upon the nape of his neck. "care to entertain our next guests?"

Mayday Markov

"nice job, you don't pull punches."

stepping over the soon-to-be corpses. rosario would make his way toward the stored goods. just as soon as he was about to open one of the crates, he would come to hear the sudden cry of a goon upon their communication device. "right on time, let's go."

as they made their way back toward the deck. they would come to be greeted by more rangers. approximately there were four of them, but one different from the rest. it was clear to say that this one standing before them was a CAPTAIN level league member. hiding his face, rosario would come to place on his mask. once, the voice changer within the equipment became active.

"stop right there!" the captain would shout, "you are under arrest!" the man would proceed to read them their miranda rights. the captain's subordinates would come to surround them with their respective pokemon. "you have my permission to cause as much ruckus and carnage as you want." rosario would speak toward Mayday Markov upon placing his back against her's.

"those aligned with rocket will be taken into custody."

spoke one of her subordinates. rosario, in response, would raise his hand, "hold on there!" he paused the man, "now that's just rude mi amigo, rocket isn't the only threat you should be worried about." rosario, or rather bloodlily, teased the man, "in fact, putting them in with the likes of us is just downright disrespectful. since they're trying to turnover a new leaf and all, haven't you seen the news?" a lie and then some, but that was neither here nor there.

"and water is still wet. scum will always be scum, and we're here to put a stop on your scummy deeds. we know you have illegal goods stowed away upon this specific cargo. my men are already guarding it, so you would do well to surrender yourself." the men that they recently took care of had been who he spoke of. little did he know they were in the process of taking a overdue nap.

"oh, right...about that..."

and without so much as a command. arbok would emerge from rosario's back pocket. "haze!" a black cloud of smog emerged from the poison-type's maw. obscuring their vision. "you can have the captain, i'm gonna go check on our compadres to see if they've done their job on the other ships. have fun, mi amore!" and with that he would whisk away, arbok following along, and made his way off of the ship.

the ranger lackeys followed the man in pursuit. slowly the black cloud that obscured their vision would come to dissipate. leaving, ultimately, the captain and Mayday Markov alone.
