INTRODUCTORY BLURB

Casey's father had an important but minor local government job, and he could never break into the national stage for one reason or another. It dogged him, but he did a good job as the Comptroller of Fallarbor. His mother on the other hand was a radio operator for the fire department. His father was frequently absent, but when he showed up, he was nothing but kind, making it hard for Casey to stay mad at him. This would go on to inform his relationships with his cousins; barely there for them, nothing but smiles when he could make time for them. Being in the seat of some minor power gave him an in with the fire department, though he wasn't physically cut out for moving the hoses and ladders. He'd likely be a radio operator like his mother, but first he had a job as an administrative assistant.

In the intervening years, he became a fitness nut, a podcaster, and a coordinator in his own right, but never secured a winning ribbon. He honed his body at the gym, the place more home to him than home. Casey is a sensitive, cerebral person stuck in a tall, fit body.

Casey has a hyphenated last name, that being Maverick-Fincher, following his parents separating recently.
He's related to Melody Miro .
At the Summer Soiree of 2021, he assaulted andres buenaventura in the ballroom, where everyone could see him.
He has a deadlift of 200 lbs, and identifying tattoos: fish-scales and fins on his arms, connected to a Red Gyarados on his back.
He recently disappeared, following a hiking accident. His home is in Fallarbor, and on an annual trek to Mount Chimney, he was tripped up by a swarm of Geodudes hauling ass to escape some greater danger, which was contained by rangers. Buried under the rubble, his arms and hands in particular were all but useless. His hips and head were also hit, but he was able to shift his hips enough to mash a pokeball against a rock until it opened and get out, before help arrived.
He spent the next three months having his tendons reattached by surgeons, and then his arms in casts, up to the shoulder. He then spent the next three months in physical therapy, with a doctor's order to wear compression gloves for his hands, for the next year.

He has a secret interest in music. He's never had the will to sit down and record, but by god does he sing all the time, when nobody's around. His interests tend to be in Power Pop and 70s-style Punk.
