Owns and operates “Lazy Smeargle Studios”, an art supply store and studio, in Slateport's upper district.
He lived and studied in Lumoise City, Kalos for a time.
Widowed, he doesn’t like to talk about it.
Operates a small counterfeiting ring for Team Rocket. His specialty is forged artwork, but making bills is not above him.
His Smeargle, Palette, is the shop’s mascot and namesake.
