ABOUT US

Teravolt Music and Entertainment was founded by , cofounder and guitarist of the rock band Teravolt. Disillusioned by mistreatment of artists in the music industry, Callan built Teravolt Music to empower musicians and give them creative freedom.

Over two short years, Teravolt released three consecutive multi-platinum records and headlined sold-out world tours, cementing their status as music legends.

But beneath the fame, the band grew discontent with corporate greed and lack of integrity in the business. They envisioned a label that put music and artists first.

Teravolt Music aims to empower artists to achieve their vision. We offer comprehensive services for musicians to gain independence and connect with their audience on their own terms.

We seek talent with something to say. If you have a unique sound and message, we will provide the means for you to share it without compromises. Artists are our purpose, not product. We built Teravolt Music for creative freedom, not commercial gain. The corporate machine has no place here.

OUR SERVICES

Teravolt Music and Entertainment offers a full suite of services to empower up-and-coming musical artists. Our mission is to provide you the creative freedom and support to achieve your vision on your own terms.

Artist Management: We help manage artists' careers by organizing tours, handling promotion, negotiating contracts, etc. so artists can focus on their craft.

Music Production: We have recording studios that provide production services for demos, singles, EPs, and albums. We help with songwriting, recording, mixing, and mastering to achieve the artist's desired sound.

Promotion: We actively promote our artists through playlists, social media, live shows, radio, and other tailored channels. The artists maintain full control over promotion strategies. We offer video production, photography, and design services to complement the music. This includes music videos, live footage, photos, album art, graphics, etc.

Tour Support: We organize and manage tours to make performing live easier for artists. We handle booking venues, logistics, and ensuring artists' wellbeing on tour.

Wellness Support: We provide business management, wellness programs, education, living stipends, lounges, concierge services, security, and event access for top artists.

CALLAN YOUNG
Founder of the Teravolt Group
is a music legend and visionary artist in his own right. He is renowned for his outstanding talents as a singer, songwriter and guitarist. Callan blazes his own trail, setting trends with a signature sound and style that stand the test of time. A trendsetter and industry disruptor, Callan achieved worldwide success and fame through raw talent, passion for his craft, and an unshakable belief in staying true to himself. He has toured record-setting stadium shows, achieving widespread critical and commercial success in every region.



DESIREE BLOOMS
has joined Teravolt Music and Entertainment, bringing her signature EDM-pop sound to our label. Already an established artist, Desiree is the leading voice of electronic music from the Kalos region and one of the genre’s biggest stars worldwide. Desiree’s hit singles have cemented her status as a pioneer in the EDM scene. Her eagerly awaited next album will be released under Teravolt Music, as we partner with Desiree to take her music and brand to new heights of success.



CIPRINA FISK (Pending)
is a multi-talented star who has conquered Broadway, film and music. As a decorated former Olympic athlete, Ciprina suffered a career-ending injury at age 13. She reinvented herself, landing leading roles on Broadway and in film, winning both a Tony Award and 'Best Actress' award by age 18. Ciprina began sharing covers online at 16, releasing her first EP to widespread acclaim. Her moving life story and vocal talent have earned her a following in the millions.

Recording Artists
Teravolt Music and Entertainment is always on the lookout for musical artists with vision and passion to sign to our label. We are interested in both emerging and established artists across all genres. Most importantly, we are looking for artists who have something meaningful to say and a unique perspective to share.

CONTRACTS

This section outlines the contractual agreements that have been formally established between either :

RECORDING CONTRACT

This agreement is made and entered into as of July 10, 2023 by and between Teravolt Records, an independent music label company (hereinafter "Label"), and , an individual (hereinafter "Artist").

Term: The term of this non-exclusive agreement shall be for 5 YEARS from the date hereof. During the term, Artist hereby grants Label the right to record and commercially release master recordings of Artist's musical performances in ANY genre.

Delivery of Recordings: The Artist agrees to deliver to the Label 1 completed master recording of Artist's musical performances (hereinafter "Recordings") within 1 YEAR from the date of this agreement. Recordings shall be of a level of technical quality that can be assembled into and made suitable for commercial release. Artist retains full ownership of the master Recordings.

Royalties: Artist shall receive a royalty of 40% of retail list price per copy of phonorecords sold or 40% of wholesale price per copy sold for Records made from the master Recordings delivered under this agreement and distributed and sold worldwide. Royalties shall be paid quarterly at the foregoing rates with a statement of accounting within 30 days after the end of each quarter.

Creative Control: Artist shall have full creative control over material selection, artistic direction, and visual aesthetic for all Recordings. Label shall not make any changes without Artist's written consent.

Ownership: Artist shall retain full ownership of the copyrights and intellectual property rights of the master Recordings. Label is only granted the license to commercially distribute, sell, and stream the Recordings for the term of this agreement. Artist may approve all licensing requests.

Termination: Artist may terminate this agreement anytime with written notice to Label. Label may only terminate for cause. Upon termination, all rights revert back to Artist.

By signing below, Label and Artist acknowledge and agree that the terms and conditions outlined in this recording contract are legally binding. Label agrees to fulfil the duties and obligations as the commercial distributor and licencor of the Recordings.

Artist agrees to deliver the minimum number of Recordings on the agreed schedule in a technical quality suitable for commercial release. This agreement is made willingly by Label and Artist with full understanding of their commitments and the rights they are granting or obtaining.
