[break][break] Caelan Huxley is a Hoenn resident, finally home after spending a few decades in Unova where he quickly and suddenly broke ties with some lowlife gang whose name is already wiped from his memory. His hands are stained red from years of practice as a hitman and there's no indication that he intends to stop. Quite the contrary actually -- Caelan is looking to establish a gang of his own in Hoenn. [break][break] That isn't too say that Caelan isn't a family man. The only thing he knew while growing up that gangs meant safety, security, unity. Everyone around him while growing up was involved in some sort of trouble and it wasn't before long that he too was sucked up into a life of deviancy. His loyalty lies with those affiliated with his gang and will throw down his life and limb to ensure their safety and security. However, be careful when going up against him: Caelan is still a force to be reckoned with, especially when one of his loved ones is threatened.
