They had just started when a nearby bush would shake. Goodness, a Pokémon found this early already! The teenager walked over with a Safari Ball in her hand while peeking out from a tree's trunk. The Pokémon in question was a pretty adorable looking one. Its small, lavender petals closing around part of its head as Proxii would pop up and take a small scan of it. The information downloaded into the Pokedex would give its name, a Cherubi. The shape reminded the girl of the cherries she always loved to snack on back home, although the two faces made her wonder what exactly it could have been used for, ecologically.

"Time to snag some cherries." Vanilla crouched down and reeled her arm back, preparing for a throw as the Pokémon would be busy trying to reach for a nearby berry set out to lure Pokémon around them. She'd then toss out a Safari Ball and toss it at the little one, snatching the girl up and collecting her ball.

That Ralts had to be out here somewhere, and she was going to find it! The teenager pitter pattered forward into the dense bushes. There were a few other Pokémon skulking around, but none of them were the ones that she had been looking for. Just some more Cherubi and other miscellaneous ones. Her journey took the girl towards the waterbead, where a blue bird had been busy trying to capture some prey of its own. "Oh, a Cramorant! I remember the one that Scotti said Dad had." She said to herself. The Rotomdex popped out to scan it quickly before Vanilla issued a command.

"Electroball!" Proxii would give a twirl, then spit out a fast moving electrical attack towards the Cramorant. It struggled to get up after, paralyzed from the blow as she'd throw a safari ball directly after.
