Dwayne probably could have lived an easy life if he wanted. Get into pharmaceuticals, make a decent wage, and one day die an unassuming death at a ripe old age. He could not manage it though; he made one batch of felonious substances as a favor to a friend and he was hooked on the fast lane. He got such a rush from being a part of 'the trade', a cog in the worst kind of machine. Money came in like water through a dam, and the fact that no one liked to mess with the 'supplier' made him feel invincible. The act itself was better than any of the physics he was capable of creating.[break][break]

He was not invincible though, he was naive. Dwayne only had to piss off one psychopath with his attitude to ruin everything. He still has nightmares about the attack, it happened so quickly yet he retained every detail. The bastard set upon him like a wild hound, ripping apart Dwayne's mouth with a mere two strokes of a knife. The thug said it was just a warning, but if that was what Dwayne could expect from this 'industry's' warnings then he wanted no further part of it.[break][break]
Normally it was a lot harder to escape this line of work, but Dwayne knew exactly where he could go to make a clean getaway and not get followed. Hoenn was a war zone, it was practically on the news every night with some new horror taking place. Anyone that objected to Dwayne's resignation would be stupid to follow him there. Dwayne arrived in his new home with hopes of going straight, but that was easier said than done. He was addicted to the rush, and it would not be long before he would fall into a much scarier crowd. What happens next depends on him.[break][break]
