HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

the fog is thick today around the pillar. it's a misty sort of haze that clings to her skin, sending chills down her spine. she draws her jacket around herself. it fits more loosely than it ought to. micolash also doesn't seem to care for the chilly weather and hovers closer than normal to freya, barbed tail resting on her shoulder.

she reaches a tentative hand up to thumb the side of his head, but he shrugs her off and drifts away to investigate something more interesting than his trainer.

and what's more interesting than his trainer is an out of place frigibax, its scales still smelling like a chill wind and the remnants of an otherworldly place. micolash fans his tail in front of the creature; freya climbs the pillar, none the wiser.

the frigibax swipes at the air and micolash twirls away. the dragon's misstep makes some of the bank slip away and it falls into the water below, panic making ice curl out from it in short waves.

micolash cocks his head and then drives his stinger straight into the dragon's head.

but this next one, watching from the water, is a delight to his mistress. realizing it's been spied, it attempts to sink back under the waves, but mico grasps its body with his stinger, still slick with the blood of the drowned frigibax.

he drools at the delicacy tightly winding itself around him, but maintains some level of composure as he finds the dragoness.

she blinks at the offering and then fishes around for a pokeball, eyeing the blood on his stinger.
