No matter how many battles that they participated in, it seemed like nothing would dampen his Pikachu's enthusiasm as long as his trainer provided him with fuel.

“Tofu, hm? Can’t say I am a fan,” she replied, shrugging but inwardly happy at the little pun. Well, even calling it a pun was probably stretching it. More just an observation on the other’s weird naming conventions.

Still, it was a Pikachu. The most popular pokemon of all the polls. Weird how she didn’t run into those as much, come to think of it.

Yet, that meant nothing. Instead, it was on her to keep the etiquette going. “I am Lash, this is Lyca, don’t get it confused. All those four letter words with L, right?”

“The taste is kind of bland,” she replied, shrugging again. Obviously, the little one had not done anything to her. Yet. But that might change. If he won due to those weird vital points and not due to a proper knockout, she would probably be a bit miffed at it, regardless.

Either way, though, the fight was on already. “As always, lay down the hazard,” she ordered, regardless of what the Pikachu would do – and Lyca would howl to summon forth sharp rocks, in the hopes that the incoming Pikachu might run into them. Now or later.

[break][break] That factor is better suited to Eva Morales, the smarter of the Morales'.

[break][break] In fact, the smartest of probably most of the bright minds in the region.

[break][break] "Dodge!" he barks, just as the rocks come chasing for him. Tofu leaps across the pavement, body swelling in green light as TRAILBLAZE consumes him. Leafs and flowers abound under his feet as he dodges the attack, before aiming a headbutt towards the other's chest.

“I mean it’s tofu. What can be more bland than that?” She honestly did not like the taste, even though she was not mush of a meat-eater herself. She’d rather have good cheese, really. Then again, the vegans did not like that either.

So, yeah, she never got any of that. Either way though, the fight was still ongoing, with the little electric rodent doing its best to dodge the shards strewn around the battlefield, only to come in closely. “Double-Team, make it run into the rocks,” she ordered her Lycanroc, which would create afterimages of itself seeking to goad the Pikachu to head-butt the stealthy rocks instead of itself. Of course, that would only work if the yellow one chose poorly.
