"and here we have...rock ruff? no that's a riolu. ooooh you little boys are gonna be mine." kazi felt the grooves of the paw print in the melting snow as he stalked the latest addition to the safari zone. "oh maybe a growlithe. awwww a little growlie."

kazimir might not call himself a dog person but he couldn't resist the sound of happy barks and yips as well as those big round eyes that canines had. maybe he could build a team of dog pokemon. k-9 sentai...woofman! woofranger? something that didn't sound like a five year old made it up. "here doggie doggie doggie....come out and plaaaaay."

"and skywalker has a little baby brother! c'mere ya little rascal!" the other riolu was busy laughing at kazimir as his face dripped with snow slush. he was not expecting a surprise attack! from a riolu no less! he was sure skywalker alone was enough for him to know how these things tick but this little guy sure was wily.

"hah right in the face!" he cheered as he saw the riolu stumble back fromm getting a face full of slush as well as the two continued their little snow ball fight. "you should know...i've never been truly beaten in a snowball fight, but you good sir are giving me a run for my money!" the riolu replied back with a similar congratulatory tone. the two had earn each other's respect, and now kazimir was hoping that none of it would be lost as he hit the safari ball under a layer of snow and packed it into a tight ball. with a mighty toss he threw the disguised ball at the riolu hoping for a catch.

his hand brushed alongside the growlithe's head tuft of fur as it stood on top of him with all of its weight and was drowning him with kisses. "hey hey hey! c'mon little guy qui-hahahaha stoooooop." he wasn't expecting a wild pokemon to be this friendly even for a dog type. "ok ok ok...you can come with me! just let me breathe please!"

the dog stopped with its constant licking to tilt its head while wearing a goofy smile at kazimir long enough for him to grab it and lift it off his body just enough to get into a sitting position where he placed the growlite on his lap and began to give it the most deserving and rewarding scritches along its stomach. "who's a good boy? who's a good boy?!" the fire dog barked as it turned around in his lap, unknown to it was kazimir taking out a safari ball, showing it to the growlithe, and then chucking it away from them. "go fetch boy!" as the growlithe went to chase the ball kazimir did feel a bit bad, once it touched the ball the pokemon would be sucked inside of it.

what a mean trick to play in hindsight.

"and sometimes i wonder...if i'm doing good. like i'm making a difference." the treecko nodded along with kazimir's worries as it munched on a berry. the young man was curious if even as the pokenger he was doing any good. and maybe if he wanted something "more" out of this whole superhero gimmick he just adopted nearly a year ago. maybe he was just a little jealous? he's been reading the news and while the point of a secret identity is sort of self explanatory the fact that other people are doing so much "more" than him is just...he doesn't want to say it makes him green with envy but he'd rather not have his nose grow longer.

"maybe i should just get out there more y'know? maybe...do the gym challenge? i'm sure a lot of those celebs have a badge or two under their belts. yeah...yeah maybe i will. thanks a lot doc. i think you might have helped me make a small breakthrough." kazimir got up from his seat and shook the hand of the little gecko pokemon before continuing on his way into the safari zone.

watching the heard of the bouffalant was somehow kind of relaxing. maybe it was the weather today being nice and lightly warm, or just the sound of thundering hoofs. if kazi had to pick one or the other it would probably be the latter for the reason of them being enjoyable background noise. something about the rumble of the ground and the stomping of hoofs against the dirt was music to his ears.

he thought about what he might do with one of those things on his team. it would make travel a heck of a lot easier as he could just pass out as it carried him down the route. but trying to get one while it was bunched together in a big herd was probably more trouble than its worth. "adieu strong buffalo. maybe next time i'll get one of you guys to carry me all across a cross region journey." with that the man got up from his viewing spot and went on his merry way.

like a lycanroc kazimir stalked the lone wooloo through the tall grass as the sheep pokemon was busy minding its own business. it looked lost, unsure of where it was going as it waded through the grass, stopping for a moment to nibble on some of it for a snack. that's when kazimir started his assault. his hands reached down to the last safari ball he hand on his person very slow like. with one toss he was sure he could catch it.

then the wind began to blow opposite of him and towards the wooloo. the sheep lifted its head, nostrils flaring as the scent of something too close by for comfort caused it to stiffen in caution. kazimir new it was now or never! "time for some lamb chop!" he yelled as he barreled out of the grass like a wolf and threw the ball. the sheep did its best to curl up and roll away, but the trainer's arm was stronger, quicker, and his throw more powerful than anything it would ever meet in here as the ball pressed against its coat and a red light swallowed it whole.
