Cries of various Pokemon could be heard flooding the inside of a truck.

"Pipe down, or I'll give you something to whimper about!", the white-haired man snapped into the truck. His outburst would be punctuated by the harsh, whipping winds of ice generated by his Galarian Ninetales. The 'mini Blizzard' was more of a warning shot, a show of force to the various Pokemon trapped within the cages lining the walls of the truck.

Kyo Kiwami, and his Galarian Ninetales, hopped out of the back of the truck, before proceeding to seal it up. With a sigh, Kyo checked his watch. "Where are they!?", Kyo grumbled in clear irritation. The fact that he had to load the truck himself was already bad enough. But the longer they were out here, the greater the chance an interloper would come in and try to claim his prize.

Kyo was turning over furniture, practically ransacking the dormitory to look for the source of the noise. The Rocket's frantic search would be interrupted by a voice. Kyo turned to the Rocket speaking to him. He noticed the man's uniform was disheveled, his eyes bloodshot.

"Get in line. I haven't been able to get a wink of sleep all day.", Kyo grumbled, before continuing to flip over anything that wasn't bolted to the ground.

"I tell you what, why don't you help me find the source of the noise? Whoever finds it gets to make their complaint first. Sound good?", Kyo asked the man. He didn't even wait for an answer before resuming his search for the source.

Some insufferable noise had been plaguing the dormitories of Rocket HQ lately. It had been preventing many Rockets from getting a decent rest. Among the suffering Rockets was Kyo, who had just been trying to get a nap in on his downtime. The Rocket had become increasingly more irate with the noise, doing his best to block it out. That was, until he decided to take it upon himself to investigate.


Whatever was causing this disturbance, was most likely going to be destroyed, or killed if it was a living creature. Kyo was already at work searching through every nook and cranny of the dormitories, desperately looking for the irritant in question.

After a stint in prison, he had made it a habit of leaving no witnesses.[break][break]After Team Rocket had taken over Kanto, and set their sights on Hoenn, Kyo found himself joining. Silas' violent methods suited the thief just fine. Kyo had found himself profiting handsomely off of the Siege of Slateport, taking surviving Pokemon from the dead. Either bringing them into the Rocket Machine to be used as tools, or sold on the black market to the highest bidder.[break][break]Even after the death of , and Team Rocket's reformation under , Kyo found himself employed to Rocket as one of their most ruthless "acquisition specialists." Recently, found that the surviving sons of one of the families he slaughtered was out for revenge. Rather than take him out directly, he would instead pretend to be his friend, acting as his handler in Rocket. The boy's rage would prove very useful to the cause, after all.
