Ashley hand taken hold of Elise's hand, the spooky girl waddling along the other girl while the other members of the Spooky Squad would tail behind her. This was her first time visiting such a carnival before, as her head spun all around trying to capture the magic of every little detail. Eleanor, her Gengar, was busy traveling along in her shadow again as her Litwick, Honedge and Shuppet all trailed along with her. Her choice of attire was a lot less fancy like she had been before. Now she had even looked like somebody who would live in Rustboro! But Ashley didn't mind. In fact, she enjoyed spending the day with such a cool ghost enjoyer.

"Gen?" She mentioned something about a bumper cars ride, one that had gotten the girl's interest. Ashley's eye shot towards the after mentioned bumper cars. An expression of excitement painted itself onto the child's face. "Gengar!" She said to Elise, pulling her along as she'd hurry into the next available bumper cars. The rest of her Pokémon sat outside of the ride for their safety. But inside, Ashley and Elise were able to sit comfortably. The spooky kiddo wasn't quite a fast learner, but she'd slowly begin to maneuver her way around, bumping into other people. Every bump delivered to another person caused a great bug laugh from her, sometimes even looking towards Elise to make sure she was doing alright.

Once they had finished, Ashley left and rejoined with her Pokemon, looking up to Elise. "Gengar gen! Gar?" She asked as Kage would be able to translate it as her asking what she wanted to do.

Ashley and the Spooky Squad smiled up at Elise as she had her introductions. The woman and her Pokémon's names were each taken to heart as the girl waved and inspected each of them. Once Elise had finished, it was her turn! The blonde child shot up and began to introduced her party one by one, giving each and every one of her friends names'. Eleanor the Gengar, Morgana the Litwick, Nyx the Shuppet and Alastor the Honedge. Each and every name was followed by such vivid and lively descriptions of themselves. She really did care for them more so than other people. To her, they were her family. Once she was done, Ashley beamed up to Elise.

"Gen Gengar?" She tilted her head at Elise. Kage would be able to translate it simply: "why did you pay for that stuff?"

Ashley looked up at the woman who had approached the group, smiling down at her. She'd frown and show the woman her hands and the reason why she had raced in front of the Mr. Rime. The melting Litwick in her hands looked to be overheated, as did most of the ghost types with her. "Gengar! Gen gen!" She frantically waved the poor Pokémon in front of her, hoping that she'd understand what she meant. It seemed like she did, as the ice type would create another icy wind and blow across the party. Ashley and the rest of the Spooky Squad. It was a pretty refreshing wind, enough for the entire group to feel close enough to normal. While just a little heated, everyone would let out a collective sigh of relief.

"Gengar~" she cheered at Sunny, happy to have somebody that cooled her off. She recognized that little expression of confusion, or at least not understanding her. The shadow her body would cast had risen up to reveal a Gengar, hopping above the ground as it would offer a translation. Ashley continued again, motioning towards Sunny. "Gengar?" she asked, with her Gengar trabnslating of asking what she was doing.

Ashley stood behind Elise as the cops and store owner would chatter with the royal, some having recognized her from being around the city. The offer to pay for whatever she had stolen was enticing, but the older bakery owner would let out an audible exhale, pinching the bridge of her nose. "She comes in my store every couple of days, and goes everywhere else. And now she breaks my front window just to get away. I don't care what happens to her, but I want her gone. If i see her again, I'm calling the police." Ashley responded in kind by making a rude face at the woman, although was mostly watching the Polteageist and the rest of the woman's team with great intrigue.

It took some more hashing with the authorities and agreement on the bakery owner's part before they settled on Elise paying for the window and the boxes of donuts the girl had taken. She looked up at the woman in surprise on her face. When the coast was clear and every bugged off, Ashley came out from behind Elise and smiled appreciatively. The rest of the Spooky Squad would do the same, as the Litwick in her hands would pipe up as did the Shuppet and Honedge floating beside her. Ashley's Gengar popped up from her shadow behind her, letting her gratitude not be forsaken.

"Gengar! Gen gen!" Ashley spoke up, shaking the woman's hand up and down at a rapid pace. She'd still hold the now paid for box of donuts in her hand while offering one for her to take. If she didn't, the rest of the Spooky Squad would help themselves. The Shuppet was caught with two once more as the Litwick would argue once more. Still, Ashley would be happy to have a quick lunch and not be dragged away by police.

"Gengar?" She said to the woman, asking for Elise's name while the rest of her crew stood by. After her introduction, the girl would help herself to a semi damaged jelly donut.

Ah, the peaceful industrial city of Rustboro. As people on the streets would go about their days, doing whatever industrial people did, a sole child and her Pokémon would rest above the rafter, looking down upon the residents. Ashley would be in one of her many hidey holes across town, having just recently just enjoyed a brisk nap. So naturally, her sights were set upon finding a nice little afternoon snack. She moved over towards the donut box and reached for one of those delicious jelly filled donuts that they had scared some poor sap away from. But her hands reached and pulled out mouthing! She looked over to see that the box was empty. This discovery was not taken lightly as the group wad qui k to fight.

Eleanor, her Gengar, was already on the case. It had remained fairly busy trying to keep the peace between Morgana the Litwick and Nyx the Shuppet. The former of the two accused the Shuppet of sneaking some extra donuts during the night, while Litwick had been known for double dipping. The Gengar was snapping at everyone while the Alistar the Honedge would shuffle in the background, wiping his tabard free of any crumbs.

"Gen!" Ashley said to the Spooky Squad as they'd look over to see their leader over by the entrance to their little hidey hole. She wore a confident smile while holding up the small plank of wood that was used to hide the entrance inside. If they were out of food again, it was time to make a pit stop then! All three Pokémon would follow the girl out of the interior, with Gengar quickly diving into the ground and merging itself with Ashley's shadow. Once everything was ready. They were off!

The Spooky Squad began their adventure by traveling across the sidewalks surrounding Rustboro. The group had a place in mind where they had managed to swipe a couple of boxes before, having been a well loved favorite by the girl. So naturally, it was only common that their first stop in this little quest for food that they'd hit up this bakery. Ashley led the way with Litwick and Shuppet trailing behind her. Honedge would tuck itself on her back, mimicking the appearance of a story of knight as everyone would make their way closer to the inner parts of the city. They passed by people hurrying around, some standing outside with flyers and even a giant Pokémon. She had wanted to ask what kind of Arcanine got super big before her Gengar would explain the concept of a mascot costume to her.

How odd! Why would somebody dress up as a Pokémon outside of the best holiday ever?

The Squad descended upon their destination: a business hole-in-the-wall with a blue awning and pink window decorations that showcased their products. A quick peek inside would show that the store was mostly empty. The owner had been busy working in the back, which made snatching a box all the easier. The Spooky Squad stuck close together while Ashley carefully, slowly, opened the door just enough to slip in without ringing the bell. Once inside, she snuck over to the counter where those delicious treats would rest. "Shhhh…Gengar." she whispered to the gang, trying to keep her presence a secret while taking a box of freshly baked donuts. But when she went to escape, their path was barred by an angry looking Herdier.

”Aha, we’ve finally caught you!” Came from the back. The stern looking woman eyed Ashley and the gang up and down as they’d huddle up against one another while the canine closed in on them. ”Now, you’re going to pay me back for all of those donut boxes you’ve stolen, you pesky little thief. Starting with the one in your hands!” She slowly pounded closer and closer as Ashley would back up more and more. ALl seemed lost before Honedge would leap from his place on her back. He’d jump into action, diving underneath the woman and smashing through the glass as the team would be offered an escape. "Gen, gar!" Ashley cheered, pushing past the two after picking up Litwick and sprinting out with the donut box in tow. Their getaway wasn’t too clean, as the woman and her Herdier would tail after them

”Stop that little thief! Get back here you lousy, no good…”

Ashley and the Spooky Squad continued running from the amassing crowd behind them, as police officers joined the fray as they ran into a nearby alleyway. Gengar would manifest partially behind Ashley, throwing down trash cans, launching shadow balls and more in order to ensure their escape. The girl and her party would turn around the corner and continue ahead while looking back at the dwindling pursuers. She stuck her tongue out and laughed to herself before looking ahead of her just in time to smash into an oncoming person.

WHMP!

It happened fast. Ashley ran into somebody first, followed by her Gengar that squished her, then the Honedge and finally the Shuppet. Sandwiched between everyone, Ashley was stunned enough before two cops, the bakery owner and several Pokemon would close in on them. The girl dove behind this woman, followed by the rest of her Pokemon as she glared out from behind her as the people approached the stranger.

Ugh, so hot...

Ashley and the rest of the Spooky Squad around be trying to take shelter from the heat by hiding out in one of the barns nearby their little run of the mill thing. Unfortunately, such an idea was better thought of than put into practice, as the three had been roasting in the upper levels where the hay had been lying. "Gen...gar..." She sputtered out, lying on the ground while her Gengar would take turns taking an old fan and blowing wind on her team. A Litwick stood beside her alongside a Shuppet nestled on top of her head, and a Honedge twirling around every now and again before taking a rest. The squad had been roasting up here in a few more things before the Litwick would begin to melt into the floor. Upon discovery of this it would let out a terrified cry. Ashley lifted her head up in time to see the poor thing melting.

"WAAAAUGH!" came a cry from their hidey hole.

The Spooky Squad would jump into action, with Ashley taking the Litwick into her hands and panicking while the crew would stumble about and look around for some way to stop the melting. She quickly hurried down the stairs with her squad. The Honedge floated down as did the Shuppet, while the Gengar would merge into Ashley's shadow and follow her around.

Once back onto the ground, the girl sprinted towards the Mr. Rime that was twirling its cane around to spit out the Icy Winds. As she quietly ran along, she'd be pushing past Milktanks and causing quite the ruckus. "Gengar!" Once nearby, she'd quickly stand in front of the milktanks and hold the Litwick to the winds. The melting would immediately subside as the girl and her ghost type would enjoy the brisk winds.

The Honedge and Shuppet were trailing behind them both, although currently feuding with the Milktank nearby.

OVERVIEW

BIOGRAPHY
Once upon a time, off the beaten path in LAVENDER TOWN, was the Langford Manor. This once happy home of the Langford family had all but been consumed by nature as its new residents were mischievous Ghost-type Pokémon. The treacherous tales and unworldly wails surrounding the manor had made the habitat all all but untouched by humans in quite some time. Yet it wasn't until the arrival of a crying infant that the many residents would find themselves with company.

A lone infant was left on the doorstep to the manor, alone and left to fend for itself. Uncertain of what to do with the baby, the Pokémon argued with one another about what to do with their visitor.

"Humans aren't allowed here! They should be thrown away!" said the mean Pokémon that hated humans.
"Humans aren't all bad! They should be welcomed in our home!" said the good Pokémon that knew the love of a previous trainer.

The entire manor fought with one another until the great, big and bad Gengar, Eleanor, would come in and order the manor to treat the human like any other Pokémon. The mean Pokémon were angry but didn't want to question Eleanor's judgement and the Pokémon in the house welcomed to the human. They were raised with the other Pokémon, learning about their home and how to scare people away! The big and not really bad Eleanor would teach the human about human life as she grew up with her nice big Pokémon family. They showed them old toys and gave her food so that they wouldn't starve. The human loved every Pokémon, from the little Litwick to the shy Shuppet. Even the spiders that made her pretty dresses!

But then one day, the evil and mean TEAM ROCKET would come to the manor and threaten everyone inside. They shouted, yelled and even hurt the Pokémon inside. They scared them away time and time again but they always came back. The Pokémon inside had begun to get hurt by the bad guys, and sometimes even caught! The human was found in her hiding spot one day and threw the human into a cage. They were scared that their Pokémon family didn't love them and cried. But when all seemed lost, the human's Pokémon family burst from the house! They saved the human but watched as their home would burn away. Alone and afraid, the girl and her ghosts would go on a grand adventur, far far away from their spooky manor, in search of a new home!


PERSONALITY
Ashley is a bundle of energy and chaos, waiting to be unleashed! This fun loving and borderline pain in the ass was known for terrorizing the Lavender Town border, although residents had humored her to an extent. Despite this, she's well versed and can fend for herself when alongside her Pokémon when it comes to getting away from anybody pursuing her for whatever the reason. Most unsuspecting folk will usually meet Ashley event, as her natural love of pranks means that nobody is safe from her reign of terror. So don't be too surprised when you find your can of soda replaced with a can of pop up fake Ekans in a can! You can even hear her happy cackle from a mile away!

Her time growing up alongside Pokémon has made it easy for her to understand and get to know them than most humans. That's not to say every Pokémon will find her welcome, but she can identify if something's wrong a lot easier than most folk. The girl is skittish and cautious around people, though Ashley is approachable with Pokémon nearby that she takes interest in. Especially more so with any Ghost Pokémon! It's a rather unintentional magnet for the girl, as she's drawn to anything spooky! Some first few meetings will be met with caution and apprehension, as she's not used to people all that well, but she does warm up to people quickly!

Ashley is quite curious about Hoenn and the new sights and sounds that are in this fantastic new place. This is the first time she's left Kanto, even if forced to. Even without knowing (or really caring) about what the League or Rocket are up to, she's confident in her ability to turn this stroke of bad luck into the best vacation ever!
