"I'm sure having a princess vouching for the quality of my performances would be quite the boon indeed. I'm glad that I have such patronage." He'd smile. Pleasant surprises all around tonight. Whether or not anything really came of it, having such a high-profile member of the aristocracy supporting his performances on it's own would likely be quite useful. Royalty in Galar were essentially celebrities...and star power was important for any performance.

If only he could get her to actually perform in one of them. That would be a pipe dream. One could always hope, though...

And speaking of pleasant surprises...he certainly hadn't expected her to be that forward. But he did suppose that royalty had needs of their own. "Well of course I have a bed for myself. And if you'd like to share it, I'd be happy to do so. If that's what you want, I promise you an experience far more incredible than even the stunning performance you saw. I doubt you'll manage to sleep a wink~" He'd smile. "It truly is a pleasure to make your acquantaince, Lady Calcifet. And that's fine. A man should be the one making the moves, don't you think?" He'd reach over and attempt to scoop her up, his arm wrapping around her waist.

The game was addicting, he found. Soon enough he found himself ready for another dice. Why he found it so appealing, it was hard to say. The gamble, the chance, was always appealing. There was little risk beyond the time and effort...but still, the effort was there, and thus, so was the rush. With an effort, he went to claim his next prize.

Well, this could be a fun diversion. Or it could be a waste of time. At present...well, he was bored. And the rush of wondering what he could get from the game was alluring in its own way. Money came.and went, but the thrill of the chase and the allure of victory was eternal. Yes. This was fine. And with a dive, he tried his best to earn a good price he could be proud of.

"Well, I'm glad to see the advertising budget was spent properly. I'll keep that in mind." No need for any shakeups in the department, at any rate. Taking another sip, he'd smile a bit "Do you not have stage performances up in Galar? Perhaps I really should expand. Give a bit of culture to the masses." A laugh. Not many would call what he was presenting 'culture,' at least, not before seeing it for themselves, he hoped.

Her answer was quick, and gave little reason for further suspicion. He'd stay at least a bit guarded, but he could proceed normally for now. She wasn't exactly undercover by any stretch...if she was the instigator of a sting operation, she certainly took 'hiding in plain sight to another level. "A fortunate guess indeed. Yes, I am rather perfectionist when it comes to my performers. I want them to unleash their full potential and use it to shake the world. Even if they do it by shaking their rears instead." He'd smirk at his joke, before taking another sip from his champagne.

"As shge explains exactly how her title works, he'd nod. "Well then, I must formally welcome you to my hotel. I don't suppose I could tempt you into staying the night?" He'd ask, leaning in a bit, before his grin widens. "Take that however you will." Clearly the innocuosu meaning would be her renting a room...but he did leave another option open, if she was observant enough to catch that she didn't necessarily need to rent a room to spend the night.

He would shake his head at her inquiry about the purpose of his advances. "Of course not. I didn't know you were a princess or ambassador or any of the sort before you told me. I propositioned you because you're a beautiful women, and I for one greatly enjoy the company of beautiful woman." He'd smirk. "I believe you may share an equal and opposite urge."

"Well, I'm glad you have an eye for art." He'd say, smiling as he escorts her back to his booth. He'd wave for an attendant and have a fresh bottle of champagne brought over. "Do you usually watch dances like this? Or is this a new experience for you? I must say, while I love that things are starting to branch out...I can't say that single ladies are the usual clientele. How did you hear about it? Advertisement? Word of mouth?" He'd smile, noticing something that he'd overlooked before. "Wait...you knew they were my dancers? Or was that a lucky guess? You seem to have me at a disadvantage, miss." Sharp and well-informed too. He'd have to really get her measure and fast...was he being outmaneuvered? Was she League? 

Her explanation...yeah, that'd fit someone he got a dossier on. "Well! The Royal Galarian Ambassador, you say? Fascinating...does that make you a princess? I can't say I've spoken with princesses before." He'd laugh, pouring her out a glass, and taking a sip of it to test the taste. "Fine vintage." He'd assure her. "I can't say I knew that when I was making the initial advance...but it wouldn't change a thing. I am confident. I know what I'm worth, what I want, and what I can get." Did Revocs know about this? Did they have plans? He didn't know, but no reason not to have fun. "I could be asking about the particulars of opening a new hotel in Galar or something to that effect. It'd probably be more an effective usage of my time. But I'd much prefer spending the night with a beautiful lady with an amazing show." 

Edouard was in a private table watching his show, ensuring that everyone was performing at the standards that he demanded from his cast. He was a very exacting director and producer, and he wanted only the best from his hands. Many of them were part of his prostitution ring, either taking a break from entertaining johns due to cycle issues or the need for a change. These he placed the highest scrutiny on, if they weren't bringing home cash directly, they needed to be doing a damn fine job. They usually did, with his efforts. Some were prostitutes new to the ring, in one way or another, that he was using to get them exposure, showing them off to the men of means in the city, and these he was the least hard on. He wanted them to make a good first impression, but they were new to the gigs, so he was willing to cut them a bit of slack as they learned. And then, of course, were the regular hired actresses, the actual legitimate members. These, were somewhere in the middle. They had to deliver, but he didn't have a direct 1:1 comparison for how much money they'd be able to bring otherwise, so he only kept his usual perfectionism in their direction.

As a result, the shows had a tendency to be flawless, delighting crowd of men and women alike. Bawdy, perhaps, but elegant and always well performed. No one could dismiss the artistic integrity of displays, even as they worked as displays of what meat was for sale. On the down low of course. Wouldn't want to have to deal with the League without plausible deniability. And he was pretty good at it, all told. It's what let him turn his family's chain of hotels into a moneymaking machine...that and the efforts of the other Revocs in supporting him. 

Seeing a woman alone watching the show caught his eye, if only for the sheer oddity of it. While it was gratifying...it was more than a bit unusual. usually the women that saw his shows were either the wives rolling their eyes at the antics of their husbands to be slowly cajoled into enjoying the show, or the vapid arm trophies that were of little use swaying either way. This woman was dressed for success, and she was alone. His curiosity was such that he was willing to inquire further, getting up from his booth. 

"You know, if you'd like, I'd be willing to share my private booth as you watch. Maybe split a drink. You look a little lonesome, hope I can help with that." He'd say, instantly laying on charm to the woman. She seemed...vaguely familiar. Was she someone she got a dossier on? Couldn't recall.
