Some people would call Edouard a spoiled playboy from the lap of luxury. They wouldn't necessarily be wrong. He enjoys the high life, fast cars, fast money, and fast women. His family's chain of hotels makes a ton of money, and it allows him to simply sit back, relax, and watch the world boom or bust at his leisure. The only thing that would serve to distract from that is the sort of hands-on approach he takes to his hotels, especially the shows. He manages each hotel's star attraction. He enjoys directing cabaret mostly, mixing choreography, composition, and direction all in one to really flex his artistic bent, titillating as well as impressing. One of his favorite experiences is forcing a prude to clap at the sheer level of precision and merit his performances have, aiming to appeal to the autuer and philistine alike.[break][break]



That would, however, ignore the fact that his thrill-seeking nature can't be limited to what's legal. His artistic streak, something he can experiment freely in his hotels...wouldn't be -free- enough for him if that was the case. Painting, directing, composition and choreography are interesitng enough...but his -inspiration- would be limited if he allowed himself to be constrained by the restrictive Pokemon League. As a result, he turned to greener pastures. [break][break]



As Quattre of Revocs, he has prestige backed up by the fact that people don't doubt him. At least, not anywhere close to his face. the sheer amount of money he keeps flowing in, both of his own accord as well as the usage of his facilities towards gambling and racketeering alone would make him invaluable, of which increases his already considerable legitimate wealth. However, his focus is on the prostitution ring. While he has little judgment, he does prefer to make things...artistic. Why would people want to simply take a piece of meat off the street and have a quick shake and bake when they could experience the greatest results of trained courtesans? Why simply do it in a dingy corner of a room when they could do it on stage, showcasing your abilities and prestige with a helpful partner? He wanted to bring -art- to the industry, and this, of course, requires willing and able workers. He manages them like a film director, with no effort spared to make the experiences at his underground brothels something completely unforgettable...and impossible to replicate. By making his organization indispensable to the upper crust, it would be all the more difficult for the League to break down in any capacity.[break][break]
