Amaya walked into the base with her back slouched. While she’d been successful, the mission she’d just been on had been a stressful one. Still, it wasn’t good to dwell on stressful things.

Then she heard footsteps from behind her and remembered why she’d come back to base in the first place. She had something else to do!

“Oh. Good day, Sir.” Amaya straightened her back a little, then bowed slightly. “Sorry for being late – just got back from a mission. I suppose you’ll want to brief me on the specs of this mission now?”

Amaya Moncada is the fifth grandchild of the current Baron de Artazon, a wealthy banker from a long line of aristocrats. Because of her unfortunate placement within her generation’s birth order, Amaya doesn’t stand to inherit much in the way of money or possessions. Furthermore, her reckless youth and flippant attitude have alienated her from most of her family. How, then, is she able to maintain such a lavish lifestyle?[break][break]
The secret, as they say, is crime. By night, Amaya works as the Black Baroness, a Rocket-affiliated cat burglar who specializes in the theft of incredibly valuable items. She decided to pursue this life of crime out of sheer boredom and spite for her grandfather’s fortune, which she will never personally see; she even chose her moniker to mock him. [break][break]
Having grown up with an enormous silver spoon in her mouth, Amaya is used to the high life; fast cars, expensive jewels, and handsome bachelors form an average day for her. To maintain this lifestyle, she is willing to go to any lengths.
