It was close to two years since I have joined hands with the researchers of the League. Some, simple buffoons harboring an empty title and trying to amass the awards and the other, cowards unwilling to pursue their ideals and researches no matter the cost. Due to these clashing ideologies, we were losing funds rapidly over any trifles that the leaders could think of, and that was starting to hinder my own research on pokemon genetics...[break][break]

Slateport had been conquered by Team Rocket, and now it was a haven for illegal activities... Which made it the perfect location to acquire the funds and material that I require. But where to start? There were so many illegal actions going on, it was hard to determine where to start. I better start looking instead of writing everything down.[break][break]

He then moved his scarf to cover his face better as well as readjust the glasses over his eyes. He had heard of something akin to a casino, but he had yet to see anything of the sort as he walked through the city. Born in the Galar region, has studied to be a scientist ever since. Doesn't care about anyone except his little sister.
Sister vanished during his studies in university, with no traces left behind. Believing it was for everyone's own good, he continued his studies and researches on pokemon genetics and evolution/transformation mechanism.
Started travelling the world after getting his doctorate, travelling in all the regions and learning as much as he could. Sets his goal on finding the truth about this world, why it exists and why so many different beings coexist.
Arrived in Hoenn 3 years ago and studied the lore and the phenomenons of this region before joining the League
As he led his small science team, all of his achievements were overshadowed by those of Lucas Lane and Illeana Reyes, making him become more obsessive and aggressive on his research. Slowly turning crazy.
Time went on and he was getting less and less funding for his researches. With the discovery of Mega Evolution and some weird POkemon, Tsubasa tried to learn more of them, but he wasn't able to get involved, hindering his search from the truth.
All he wants is to be able to research freely, find the key that he needs to unlock the truth. To answer the one mystery that everyone should seek to answer.
