"So you felt up my pokemon because he's cute?" he asked sounding hesitant. While Jet was contemplating about the evil and rather disturbing thoughts behind the statement, his Arcanine just happily wagged his tail at the compliment. While it was a very good battling pokemon, when it came to pretty much anything else the big dog was rather naive. It couldn't really see why Jet was being so annoyed towards the man, but ever since their recent connections with the Rockets it became a more common occurrence, one the fire type disliked but was ultimately unable to help with.

One thing it could see though was Jet crouching down and picking u a mixture of sand and snow and packing it together into a tight ball. Pulling his arm back as far as it would go he used his entire body to propell the snow/sand ball full force towards Shinra. He wasn't exactly aiming to hit the big burly man but that being said Jet's accuracy wasn't the best. "That was a warning shot! Don't go feeling up my pokemon again!" he dusted off his hands, putting them in his pockets, now hoping his overly harsh point was made clear. "Ice types mainly, but whatever really catches my eye." he replied seeing two other pokemon either side of him. One in the water and the other ambling towards the beach. Neither appealed much to the blue haired lad so he let them go for now. "Anyway, what's your name?" he asked thinking it'd be important to get a name to the possible pokemon feeler upper.

Jet couldn't help but smirk as the attack landed exactly how he wanted. The lightning coursing through the skiddo would undoubtedly pain the little kid and cause it's special attack to lower! Now if it did have any special moves their attacks would be greatly diminished. In all honesty the blue haired lad didn't really know much about pokemon so he couldn't deduce if Cait's pokemon knew any special moves. As far as he knew though most grass pokemon like Treecko for instance knew some special moves early in life. And well from the looks of thing kid could be used to describe the pokemon in more than one way.

As for worrying about special moves, that wouldn't be apart right now as the opposing pokemon bucked it's head and charged at the furry bug. Before Jet could even issue a command, his joltik pulled the thread that was still wrapped around the skiddo in order to propel itself out of danger. It's trainer looked in awe as it glided through the air in the hopes to dodge the attack. Even with the speed difference however, Zap was still puked by the horns of the skiddo causing the part electric pokemon quite a bit of pain. But at the very least it managed to avoid being trampled into the ground so it was a win for both of them.

After being bucked by the goat, Zap pulled on her thread once more to lath onto the back of the grass type. Not only would this be a perfect strategic place for the little bug to avoid damage but one downside to being such a small bug was that Joltiks couldn't produce much of an electric charge by themselves. Hence why the bug loved to latch onto Jet, so it could absorb any and all static electricity from the boy to use in battle. Since it just used an electric move earlier it's reservoir was lowered a tad so it needed to refuel. And what better way than by latching onto the foe to take the bundles of static electricity built up in it's hyde! "Discharge!" The young rocket commanded. The move was a strong one with a high probability to paralyze too, but it'd mean that Zap would be left with next to no electricity to use for the rest of the fight. But better to use it now just in case Cait or her pokemon caught on to their plan. Besides, there was more than one way Joltik could hurt the grass type without using it's electric moves.

"Who the hell is melody?!" he asked in total confusion at the defense the girl presented. He assumed it was one of the kid's friends or something who would back them up in any kind of situation, but at the moment she looked like she was on her lonesome. Aside from the twin Staryu and the big beefy looking pokemon she was riding.

Regardless the girl continued to defend herself with ridiculous accusations to get her out of any blame. "Flooding doesn't just happen in the blink of an eye!" he protested looking down at his now soaked shoes and socks. Should I take them off or leave them on? he pondered, already feeling the cold seep into his very soul. He really was in a pickle here and this random trainer wasn't even going to help him by the looks of things! Ugh so rude.

"Okay fine whatever. If I 'Lighten Up' and tell you who I am can you at least give me a hand?" he replied with a sigh, clearly fed up with the whole situation. Since for the moment his fire type was out of commission too he really was stuck with trying to keep himself warm and possibly safe too considering the abundance of ice types that roamed around the caves.

While her pokemon began their little operation Jet stuck his hands in his pockets hoping to conserve some heat. "Anyway my name is Jet and uh, I'm a trainer too." he said shifting his gaze to avoid eye contact. While the statement wasn't neccisarily true it wasn't false either. He was a trainer, but he mainly trained his pokemon to do some crime for the rockets. Ever since joining the infernal group, Jet could never really feel naturally explaining his situation. It always felt like a point of caution to tip toe around or else it would explode in his face. It was really clear to see from his body language that he disliked talking about it first. Well at least she went first and- Hey wait a minute! No she didn't! "Now your turn! What's your name?" he asked in a more accusatory way rather than a simple question. Lightening up was sure going to be tricky...

"Yeah I do. Should be able to manage." he replied to his fellow rocket with an annoyed expression on his face. While it wasn't uncommon for the grunt to look stoic and brooding on a normal day, this particular outing made him that little bit more peeved at the world. While he was starting to get used to being strong armed into breaking the law and doing various crmes for the Rocket Orgaization, considering it was christmas time he was hoping to avoid this kind of crap until the new year at leas. Well at least he still had time to spend the actual holidays away from these kinds of situations. For now though this edgy kid knew he'd need to cooperate with so he could have that time off. Didn't mean he'd need to enjoy it though.

Even being accompanied by a Beast, Jet was rather nervous about the whole outing. Firstly, while he was very familiar with his mother's Staraptor, he had never actually flown on top of the bird before. But even more worrying than that activity was just simply being seen. even if he was a low ranking memeber, Jet really didn't want to have his face written down and pinned up with all the other rocket members. The blue haired lad liked his freedom and while every job came with a nervous glance over his shoulder he never minded too much so long as he could keep hidden. This job though, he didn't have a good feeling about it. For now he let out the Staraptor from it's ball and waited for his superior to get ready with one of his flying types. Everything should be fine. I'm with a beast, it won't get too messy he told himself, his annoyed expression turning yo nervous and concerned.

"What? No!" he said rather defensively at the accusation. It was more insulting to the young lad since he was apart of the rockets and any accusation was rather well founded. Even if he didn't usually take part in those kind of things. Unless he was told to. But he wasn't and an innocent victim to a random lapras attack! "I dunno why it attacked me. Maybe it thought I was you or something?" He retorted with his arms crossed.

He was actually about to speak again but he felt water along his feet. Looking up he saw the source, being two water types who just murdered a diglit. "Aww man, If I get a cold I'm suing!" with a disgruntled work he pointed at the girl as he approached it. The pokemon she was riding really stood out and his expression soon lightened seeing the unique looking beast. "Anyway, why are you in a place like this?"

After the near miss with death, the red haired guy who just waltzed up to rub his Arcanine seemed just as surprised by the odd behavior of the wailmer. "I guess it was hungry? Or wanted to fight? I dunno I'm not a professor or anything." he said running back over to his Arcanine to keep warm. He leaned against his dog's neck, the warmth travelling straight through his clothes and warming him up instantly. While he was the man caught a little bear pokemon which had a gross amount of snot falling from it's nose. Ew.

Shinra then asked another very good question. Yeah what the hell am I doing here? he thought to himself, giving the bulky man a blank stare for a moment. Although it was only for a moment, the silence and stare from jet would probably make things feel a little awkward for the two of them. "To train and catch some Pokemon I guess." he said finally, shifting his gaze so he didn't just look like a dead fish. "And I'm pretty sure it's as cold just about everywhere else in the region too." But he had his fire type to keep warm. Which reminded him. "Yeah, actually why were you feeling up my Arcanine? You said you were cold too but you have your own fire type." Jet dawned a suspicious look as he looked Shinra up and down. There was an air of mystery about the man, one that Jet couldn't put his finger on. His frame seemed familiar... Maybe he saw this guy in the news?

His train of thought was cut short though as Arcanine let out a loud yelp, jumping in the air in pain. "Wha fu- Cu!" he shouted in surprise and fear for his pokemon. Once the fire type came back down to the ground it lowered it's hind legs to a seated position and started to drag itself along the sand. "What the hell! I just had you checked for-!" interrupted again the dog stood back up on all fours, growling at a mound of sand it had made up. The little clump shook lightly, revealing a blue and red pattern underneath. It also had hella sharp teeth which seemed to be dripping red. Turning back to Cu he noticed a rather large bite mark on it's kiester where it was attacked. Although he did feel bad for the dog, it took quite a bit of guts and speed to attack Cu. It even hung on while it was dragged into the sand. Impressed with the fish, Jet took out a pokeball and caught the pokemon. "Okay yeah this one was definitely hungry." he said looking back over to Shinra. "Anyway, back to why you were rubbing my fire type when you have your own."

"Yeah you got me now shut up, you're making it weird." he said with pink cheeks, trying not to look at the smug face painted over Priam's face. He definitely was a jokester that was for sure. But since he was warm Jet felt like he had to put up with it.

At the very least once the presents were found they could finish up this damn mission. Not long after his own left, Priam's Arcanine came running back and was subsequently mounted. Jet walked over and hopped up on the pokemon too after he was told to. Jet naively thought that he'd be fine holding onto the fur of Arcanine but that idea was quickly shattered when he nearly fell off. Instinctively the blue haired boy latched onto the guy in front of him, wrapping his arms around his torso tightly. "Did you tell it to use extreme speed or something?!" he shouted through the wind and snow. While the Arcanine was moving fast, it probably wasn't using extreme speed with two people on it, especially trying to navigate through a snowy mountain. Jet's though probably would have and could act a little bit more on the dangerous side reach Sootopilis faster.

Reaching the town wasn't actually too bad and quite fun actually. Once the two rocket grunts got off the Arcanine they would see the other one sitting down near the pokecenter with a shady man beside it. Naturally feeling concerned over this, Jet ran over to his pokemon who seemed fine. Giving a relieved sigh he turned his attention to the man near Cu who met his gaze. "I take it this is yours?" he asked in a gruff tone, opening his jacket to show the 'R' emblazoned on his jumper underneath. "Took you long enough to deliver them. Here, for the effort." From inside his jacket pocket he then gave Jet and Priam their reward for getting them back to the town. "What are you still doing here? Beat it, you're causing a scene!" he grunted rustling through the bag.

Stepping out from the alleyway he turned back to Priam, still with a rosy expression on his face. "Thanks for the help." he said light scratching his cheek. "You wana grab a drink or something? Ya know, to celebrate and to keep warm." he said quickly, coughing afterwards as if he was nervous. Weather the answer be yes or no it wouldn't matter but Jet thought he may as well at least ask.

It seemed like Jet couldn't go outside at all without having his Arcanine with him. It was just too damn cold to try and brave the elements without him! Especially since the weather was taking a turn for the worse. Even with his three layers, scarf, ear muffs, and mittens the young blue haired rocket was still freezing. And just on the Horizon he saw the darker clouds, which could only mean things were going to get worse before they got better. How frustrating! At times like this Jet just wanted to expel his anger in any way he could!

But he liked to think he was more mature than that, so he refrained for now. Besides, more pressing matters had come up. The heavy snow had finally hit and it was incredibly hard to see. All Jet could do was make out shapes, some more sinister than others, so with a pokeball in hand he cautiously continued.

"Oh my god he's actually gonna do it..." he mumbled to himself, covering his mouth to hide the smile and laughter coming from it. Jet was almost in disbelief as he just casually walked up to Kim and pulled him into a passionate kiss. Although what was even funnier was the face the guy made after he was kissed by the rocket.
