As cute as the anorith was, Oscar had no interest in it currently. He stepped over the bug as he continued on his way. He searched high and low for little spiders to join his army. Where could they be hiding. Didn't matter, in the end Oscar was willing to traverse the entire safari zone twice over to find what he required.
 

Yeah sure fuck it! Oscar spotted the castform and chucked a rock at its stupod face. The cute bitch shuddered as the rock bounced off its noggin, looking to Oscar to see what the fuck was his problem. Should have ran instead because Oscar would throw another rock, and another, and another, until the poor little fucker would cease floating and fall to the ground. Oscar meant to throw a ball, but accidentally hit the castform with yet another rock. Opps, oh well he got the ball to it anyway. As the beat up shit got pulled into the ball, Oscar chuckled and watched to see if it stook.

There! Skittering across the path like it had no worries! A spinarak fresh for the taking. Oscar pointed to it, catching its attention with his mad laughter. The spider wanted no part of that, and quickly turned around to run back to its nest.

Yet its path was now blocked by a sickly ariados, appearing as if from thin air. The ariados struck at the ground, frightening the little spider. The predator continued to strike, forcing the spinarak toward its master. Once they were close enough, Oscar threw a ball to attempt a catch.

Oscar heard a squish as he stepped forward. Never a good sign, he dared to lift his boat. It would seem that he had stepped on a tympole, the poor thing twitching as it lay in a puddle of water. Oscar for a moment felt responsible for the poor thing, but after a moment of contemplation he simply shrugged. The wild was a harsh place, especially for the small. Oscar continued forward, stepping on the tadpole once again as he strode toward his next destination.

Hark! Doth his eyes deceive him? Is that a Shinx resting in the sun? What luck, a prize like that couldn't possibly be passed up. Oscar snapped his fingers, with Emma leaping out of the shadows to pin the shinx. The sleepy kitten woke with a start, shaking about as it tried to escape. Its meager sparks did nothing to the mighty ariados, allowing Oscar to get close enough to toss a ball at its face.

Whelp, the sun is starting to hang real low. We've had a lot of fun here today, but alas it's time to depart. Oscar didn't catch an army of spinarak like he had hoped, but nevertheless he had a good haul. He hiked his way back to the entrance, ready to turn in--when suddenly...

A tree crashed nearby, followed by several stones being flung about. Oscar ducked as one came right at him, what was the meaning of this? Soon the culprit would emerge from the bushes: a hangry morpeko was on a rampage! The morpeko quickly noticed Oscar, growling as it stomped toward him.  It probably wasn't looking for a hug, so Oscar decided to feed it to calm its rage. Feed it a rock to the face that is! Oscar began picking up rocks and throwing them at the munchies maniac. It took three to knock it on its butt. As the little hoodlum threw a fit, Oscar would throw his final safari ball to catch it.
