Just as the will to catch a new Pokémon had crossed her mind, a Chimecho came from nowhere with the most angry look she’d ever seen on such an innocent looking Pokémon. Wasting no time, she threw out Darling’s Pokeball with a call of “Hex, now!” Normally, she’d try to befriend a Pokémon first, but the little thing was aggressively heading straight for her and the only real choice was to fight. Darling wasted no time in carrying out Sanvi’s command, the ghost type attack hitting the poor mon straight on. It wasn’t quite enough to knock it out instantly, but it sure put a halt on that attack. Even so, the Chimecho hovered, slowly dipping lower from the energy loss that cane with being hit by such an effective attack.

Sanvi smirked at seeing the willingness to battle. Not many fully evolved Pokémon were quite this aggressive, and yet here was this little thing stubbornly trying to fight a trainer with at least two fully evolved Pokémon. That stubbornness was a trait she admired, especially in Pokémon she wanted to catch. The little Pokémon was hanging on by a sheer thread of willpower, and wouldn’t withstand another hit. It wasn’t hard to tell, even now the poor thing dipped lower in the air, damage taking a toll on its energy. Grinning wide, Sanvi took out a Pokeball. Though the Chimecho hadn’t had a chance to react to the ghost type attack, Sanvi liked it’s spirt enough that she’d decided to capture it. With one last look to her other two Pokémon, she threw the ball at the Chimecho.
