In beginning to travel through the Hoenn Region, Tadashi had heard of different things that were going on in the region, some even referring to such happenings as a war of the worlds that was beginning to create a warfront in the region… He wasn’t really sure what all of that meant, so far he felt like things were okay in the region, at least from the little bits that he had travelled through? But maybe he should pay closer attention and keep himself on alert, especially as he heard someone going around with fliers looking for willing trainers and participants to come work with some Pokemon in training to be disbursed out to cadets and rangers. Again, Tadashi wasn’t even really sure what that in and of itself meant, but if there was one thing that he did know, it was that he was confident in his ability to work with Pokemon on a fundamental level. Cassio was his prime example of this, his own seeing eye companion. While he had come to Tadashi with his basic training and understanding of course, in order to be certified as an Assistance Pokemon, Tadashi had been working with Cassio for years now to build a completely coherent understanding of each other and how he needed to be able to function in the world.

That said, Tadashi jumped at the opportunity and was pleased to be given a time and a location to show up to. Granted, he wasn’t really sure what kind of Pokemon he would be training or working with, but that was really neither here nor there. How hard could it be?

Earlier than he might have wanted to be up in the morning, Tadashi did show up to the allotted location ready and willing with Cassio close beside him, harness and leash nice and tidy to make a good impression. The casual sounds of footsteps and chit chat and generic activity gave Tadashi a good range of images and shapes, there were plenty of others around the training grounds, including a few in the ‘section’ that he had been ushered towards, since he wasn’t really a ranger or any kind of official.

”It sure is big and open around here,” Tadashi spoke aloud, mostly to Cassio who stood beside him, though he was glancing around with his pale eyes, listening to the sounds around him.

”I can even hear the ocean, I guess we must be close to the coast,” he commented, his keen ears able to discern the various sounds in the open air.
