Like the morning sun, the new year had dawned, sparking a ripple of change for the region. Or, at least, that's what should've happened. But people aren't always so flexible. Even Danny, who prided herself as a reliable person, could often succumb to the temptations of remaining stubbornly selfish. For example, it wasn't that long ago when she was also apart of a reckless group of teens who would mindlessly trash their environment while celebrating whatever passing holiday. She was older and wiser now, though. So it was her turn to clean up after those who were still in the process of growing.

With her nifty trash picker in hand, Danny slowly made her way through the park, cleaning up whatever litter sprinkled the ground. Sighing, she wiped away a strain of sweat with the back of her hand. 10% done, 90% to go. The sound of guitar rifts and drum solos blared in her ears as she continued to tidy up the area, her face resting in a peaceful expression.

New Year Sins…...just...how many could Billi count on? All of them. At least what he viewed as his own sins. People he didn’t help, people he didn’t think needed help! Heck...there were even people who needed help and that he couldn’t save….even worse…..people were killed, slaughtered, throats ripped out, meat hooks. Everything you could imagine, ‘cannibal’ aliens did, and he had to witness it all and just put it under the mental rug.[break][break]

Parks never cleaned themselves apparently with the disrespect many people had for nature. It made these trials that the people of Hoenn feel...like an afterthought… really….it was sad, and Billi was more hurt than anything else. As he picked up a can mumbling to himself, “people are so terrible. He then turned to the can to throw it in….TING hit a girl in the head, “oooh shoooot sorry!”

A crushed can here, a half full bottle of water there - the bag of trash was slowly filling up with the worthless treasures of mindless celebrations. As Danny reached out her robotic arm extension, a brief feeling of pain swelled up within her body as an aluminum struck her head. "What the fuck?" The words instinctively splatted out of her mouth like spit. She plucked one of her ear buds from her right ear, turned around, and searched for the culprit behind this.

"...it's you again." Danny narrowed her eyes at the blonde. Their last meeting had taken place merely two days ago and she wasn't quite prepared for part two. ...But, with all the trash still left uncollected, it wouldn't hurt to have a second pair of hands to help her out. With an all-knowing smirk, she took a few steps towards the man before presenting him with her nifty metal trash picker, ready to pass the torch. "You're all about helping people, right? Well, I need help, so apologize by lending a hand. Sounds good? Great." After practically shoving the equipment onto him, she spun around and gestured towards the park. "I have a spare over by the benches," Danny pointed to one of the many benches scattered throughout the park, "I'll go grab it and come back. Let's try to finish this by sundown - I wanna catch the game tonight. Go team!"

Well Billi wasn’t one to say no, considering he just smacked her in the head with a pop can. “Oh sure,” he responded quickly as he drugged himself to grab the sticks, and thought as he moved to help the girl pick up garbage. “Why not use your pokemon to help you do this?” he asked as he sent out his durant. “see durants can help pick up garbage,” he nodded before turning his gaze back to the purple haired girl. “Why are you picking up trash and stuff. You really don't seem to enjoy cleaning the environment much.”
