While out here in the cold she hadn't been expecting to find anything cute to be completely honest. After most ice types were hard edged right? That was how she had always figured it was anyways. They were like, made of ice? Except for Swinub or something. But she wasn't really an expert on ice type Pokemon. But the soft looking bear in front of her was absolutely one she wanted to nab before it ended up getting away.

The snotty looking bear was staring at the ground, digging around in the snow a little bit. Hina wasn't sure if she should try and get his attention to make this more fair or to try and take him off guard. Then again if she was trying to do this the easy and quick way then giving him a chance to get away wasn't ideal. Tossing the Pokeball at him she hoped that it stuck so he couldn't give her the business.

gonna catch the cubchoo!! and keep looking for more!!

If it were physically possible Hina would have had actual heart eyes when she finally spotted the next Pokemon. It was one that she knew extremely well and one that was extremely RARE back home. Something that made it even more of a hot find. She was absolutely determined to get her hands on this one if it killed her. And to be honest the cold might actually do that if she wasn't a bit more careful. Uneven steps as she tried to drudge through the snow caused her to fall flat on her face.

The Pokeball in her hand rolled just out of reach as she found that she had startled the magnificent beast. Scrambling she grabbed through the snow to try and grab for the sphere before the Pokemon could get away from her. The sound of the Pokemon trumpeting a warning at her made it all the more real that she needed to get this taken care of. Finally cold fingers grasped around the ball as she desperately tossed it, hoping that her continued tenacity would win the creature over and she wouldn't be stuck empty handed.

trying 4 lapras & another spawn

Being face down in the snow wasn't exactly the most ideal way to catch a Pokemon and by the time she had managed to sort of get herself upright again the Lapras was gone and she was left relatively empty handed. This sucked ass. Flopping back down on her ass she huffed and sighed over her misfortune. This stupid snow had gotten in her way and foiled her plan to capture something cool. So far all she had was that Cubchoo and while it was cute she wanted something super cool too.

Wallowing around in the snow seemed to have gathered the attention of another Pokemon at least. One that she wasn't really familiar with. At least Hina thought that the chunk of ice was a Pokemon as it waddled towards her curiously. I mean, it was no Lapras but beggars couldn't exactly be choosers when they managed to fuck up that badly right? The Pokeball she had intended for the Lapras still within her grasp she instead tossed it at the walking icecube, hoping to capture it instead.

catching bergmite & going again!

Well, now she had a friggin ice cube in her party and as cute as it was it wasn't exactly a Lapras. She loved Lapras absolutely but she could move on. There were always other chances for her to catch one she supposed. Even if it would take her awhile. Gathering herself up she finally got off of the snowy and cold ground. Hina brushed the snow off of her legs and knew that she would have to take a nice hot bath whenever she got back to the apartment. With a sigh she clipped the two new Pokeballs to her belt and began to play with the third.

She had one more chance to catch a Pokemon out here and by damn she was going to make it count. Sure the Lapras had eluded her but that didn't mean that everything rare would. As she walked she began to hear what sounded a little bit like a Pokemon shouting, though at what she had no idea. Creeping forward slowly she tried to keep an eye out. After all ice types were kind of hard to see in the snow considering most of them blended in.

But this one seemed to sparkle a little bit as it stood near a small body of frozen over water. The strange little Pokemon seemed to be shouting at the ice... Why Hina couldn't exactly fathom but at least it was distracted while she crept forward towards it. Pokeball in hand she was ready to toss it at the Pokemon who was... Still shouting at the frozen water. At least it seemed to be enjoying itself as she tossed the Pokeball once she was close enough.

If this amounted to nothing else at least she was getting a workout.
