Only eight, actually, if one didn't count the Ultra Beasts in the reports.

But that was quitters talk. He intended to capture all of them, if for no other reason than the fact that he who called himself a bugcatcher, if utterly dedicated to bugs and unwilling to use anything else, should at the very least try to capture every bug in existence.

A tall order? Nonsense. It was merely what should be expected.

As he stood in route 119 once again, a smile on his lips and his net leaning on his shoulder, he peered into the watch on his wrist and nodded. He had a couple of hours to himself.

Time to make them count.

No. He already had one of those. He was looking for the as of yet untouched fruit! The new and refreshing... A bloody Volbeat or Illumise, just to see if he could be the leading man next time they went 10 miles underground.

"Sorry little dude. Tell yer little buds to stay out of my way, eh?" He said as he side stepped the Pineco, advancing further into the depths of the forest while scratching at his chin.

There had to find something new...

Doug stared down at the little bird, brow twitching as he tapped his foot.

"Just get outta 'ere." He finally said after a groan, palming his face.

This wasn't working. Hunting alone hardly seemed to work as intended these days... maybe he should partner up again. He seemed to have much better luck when he did.

"Yeah..." He muttered to himself, rubbing at his chin as he tapped his net's rod repeatedly against his shoulder. "Yeah, get some incense going too!"

Doug stared at the little bug, all hope draining from his face.

Yeah, this did not bode well for his bug hunt. No new pokemon in sight and it didn't feel like he would have any luck today, no matter how much longer he went at it.

Well, he always trusted his gut on these matters. Time to wrap it up then.

Reaching down, the youth patted the little Sewaddle with a sigh, before slinging his net over his shoulder.

He began making his way home.
