Another week another walkabout. His perfect little pinch earthly peace; the fiery path.

At this point he'd become to comfortable with the falling ash his mind jumped forward to how much he would miss it if and when he moved from Hoenn. Ideally one day he'd be able to return home to Cinnabar and if the volcano didn't have falling ash maybe carving a path into its side would be reminder enough.

Of course if he couldn't remember his place that way, he would always have the pokémon he captured here.

He strolled casually thinking of what he might find this time, Hiei scurrying behind him like a big puppy that couldn't walk properly.

He didn't was a moment when he saw the Lampent waddle through the air at them. If he captured it there wouldn't be much of a need for little Litwick to be pushed towards evolution.

Mounting the back of the Salamence he increased the stakes. Hiei would take it as a point of personal pride if his trainer were injured during the capture of a new pokémon. Especially if it was him who was supposed to defeat said new pokémon.

It only made it more personal that the new pokémon seemed to float in the air. Taking up space in the skies Hiei so arrogantly claimed as his own.

"Time to get you some exercise big boy." He pointed down the Lampent. "ZEN HEADBUTT!"

With pleasure and instant concentration the Salamance flapped his wings to close distance smashing his skull into the glassy face of the Lampent. It seemed agitated to be attacked heating up some fire attack it would never get the chance to use. "Don't let up, CRUNCH!"

Clattering to ground in the defeat like a chandelier from a horror flick Sénon tagged it right away with a Premier Ball, finally noticing he was getting low in his supply.

Crimsen attempted to capture Lampent!
