You were met with blinding lights and silence. No love, no warmth - left unwanted by both the mother who bore you and the world who saw you.

- At age 5, Atticus was taken from his home by small group in cloaks. They later sold him to an underground group known as Unknown. Unknown was an elite group of scientist who was infamous for committing the most heinous crimes against nature. Riddled without a moral compass, the group of scientists spent their time experimenting on both humans and Pokémon alike, diving deep into the most forbidden levels of research. Their findings were often sold off to anyone willing to pay.

- Whether it be due to the trauma he experienced within those sickly white walls or the genetic composition in his body, the boy showed early signs of having a severe lack of empathy towards those around him. It could be another child within the facility or one of the few mice he would catch scurrying around building - both were always viewed with the same level of apathy.

- At age 13, the lab rats discovered a way to escape their captors. Together, they all worked towards their goal of leaving the facility, and eventually, ended up achieving that said goal. Atticus was one of them.

- Atticus returned to Unknown a week later. For him, life outside their walls had become all too foreign. Both the social norms and social expectations placed on people were enough to make him gag, and yet, there was no escaping them if he were to remain free. So he came back.

- They accepted him in as an unpaid assistant. Besides basic room and board, he was left without a single paycheck to support himself, but none of that concerned him. All that mattered to him was the work itself.

- He later found out that their acceptance of him was due to morbid curiosity, not kindness. Very few would willingly choose to return to that facility, and so, they were interested to see what surprises the boy had in store for them. This ended up returning more than they had bargained for.

- From ages 13 to 27 the man worked under the group. At first as an assistant, then as a researcher, then as one of their five head scientists. Throughout this process he gained a long list of contacts ranging from those within the scientific sphere to those of different large crime syndicates. Unknown's cliental included a long list of names, all using their services for a different reason.

- Two months ago the group disbanded. So, left without a reason for staying in Sinnoh, Atticus took the quickest trip to Hoenn.  He'd be lying if he said a familiar face didn't sway his decision.

- Hades is the name many of his cliental knew him by. This nickname was given to him by those he would experiment on. According to them, a trip to his lab felt like entering a modern day underworld.

- For reference: Schooling wise, Atticus has a Bachelors in Biology, PhD in Biochemistry and a MD.
