"FOOLISHNESS, Melody! Foolishness! He's no longer baby!" Doug said darkly, his hand slowly reaching up to cover his face as his shoulders began to quake, before before he threw himself back and launched into (well-practiced and rehearsed) maniacal laugher.

The angry Meltan began to vibrate and glow. The sand around him quaked as the sound of metal screeching filled the area. The Doggo's hypervoice blasted at the little guy, making its entire body tremble and wobble, but he curled up together into a ball tightly and throbbed even harder.

Nearby metallic railing tore and flew towards him as sand was upheaved, pulling out long lost coins and aluminium toys that quickly slapped onto the metallic Orb.

The little guy spread over the torn metal, the objects visibly corroding before slowly melting into Slime's body, his mass growing.

"He wants POWER!" Boomed Doug as the Meltan grew to an absolutely gargantuan three feet tall, towering a full inch over the Herdier (while it was on all fours).

"GWEEEE!" He roared mightily to intimidate the doggo.

-Slime used Acid Armor!
-Slime's Magnet Pull pulled closer metallic objects!

The dog yelped at the site of the Meltan going bigger, but after yelping actually growled and barked at the creature again but no hyper voice this time. [break][break]

Instead he jumped onto the Meltan's head and bite down onto it and used the move crunch out of fear of terrifyingly powerful baby. "That thing has an amazing ability huh? I wonder if it can learn how to control magnetism or if it can only pull it into itself." she said curious as to what exactly it even was as had no idea.

"Did not! That was memes!" Doug said, sticking out his tongue at the pinkette.

And what if he did? She didn't get to judge his procrastination habits!

Slime squealed as the puppy leapt at him all the same, his head toppling back to the floor as the Herdier nibbled and gnomed on it. Gross!

Size alone was not enough to deter such a fearless foe! Wailing, the slime desperately sought its trainer's wisdom, looking up at him and crying out for help.

"Uh... I dunno, sit on him?" Doug said, scratching at the back of his head.

... That just might work!

As the dog bit and nibbled on the golden nut, a shadow began to loom over it, before-

Plop.

The heavy, metallic goop dropped onto it, weighing it down like a fat kid sitting down on its skinnier bully in the playground.

The shocks built up in Herdier's body and eventually the Pokémon was shocked one too many times. Melody's Herdier passed out and he could no longer battle anymore. The shiny metal blob baby won out the battle and beat the mean scary dog. Melody sighed and pinched the bridge of her nose, of course he would lose like that. [break][break]

He didn't listen to her half the battle and on top of that continually was just playing with the pokemon instead of actually battling him. "That thing is one tough cookie huh?" she said recalling her herdier "Well a battle's a battle! You win john! I'LL GET YOU NEXT TIME." She shouts at him running away like an evil villain since they were making jokes about animes and memes.
