The PROTECT blocks the Tyranitar’s CRUNCH, but the NIGHT SLASH drives the to two the ground. Menhit skids across the sand with Baby tucked safely against her chest. On the ground, they’re more vulnerable. The Aerodactyl is quick to get up and hover over the baby pokemon. Her wings beat wildly, transforming the Sandstorm into a HURRICANE meant to fend off the two pokemon likely ready to strike at them.

[attr="class","cian"]the SANDSTORM's confusing, to say the least. it hinders vision, messes with senses that should otherwise operate fine. and while gliscor is more than comfortable battling in one — thriving in one — it's the HURRICANE that catches him off guard.

gliscor whizzes past the aerodactyl only to SKY UPPERCUT the tyranitar instead. that, with the HURRICANE, is more than enough to sink the beast.

gliscor falls not long after that, too, bringing the battle to an end.
