Yeah, definitely a dork. Though he had the guts to ask at least, she guesed. Clumsily, maybe, but that was still more than most would have been able to manage. And he certainly was not completely her type.
Yet, the chance that he might decide to pay for both of them did exist. And she had never said no to even a potentially free meal, that much was for sure.

It had never taken more than that to make her join someone, really. Some might call her simple or easy for that. She just found it natural for someone who had once experienced actual hunger and used such tactics to get out of that.
