Another day, another hunt. There wasn’t too many ghost types the dark haired woman wanted. Off the top of her head, four maybe. Even then, they weren’t ones she was desperate to get. It would be nice though. Genesis pondered for a moment, thinking of the names. The poltergeist line, the chandelier line, dhelmise and the ghost of Oricorio. Yeah, those. Unfortunately, ghost was one of the rarest type in the pokemon world. Her search to complete set may take her awhile.

Either way, the rocket grunt and her lycanroc headed out to route 121. Green orbs searched the worn out path, debating on which direction she should head. But after several minutes of silent debate, the woman come to a decision and began her search. Her canine company followed after her, nose sniffing for scents to follow and eyes in search for predators.

A few miles up the worn out path, green orbs spotted something in the distance. To her surprised, it was a kadabra. The lycanroc raised a lip, growls rumbled in her chest. The creature spotted them, waving its spoon in some kind of motion before vanishing before their very eyes. Lucky for Genesis, she wasn’t really interested in psychic types so it fleeing didn’t bother her. Although the trainer could have caught it and probably traded something good for the wild pokemon, it was too late. The canine by her side let out a muffled growl, happy that the creature disappeared. Genesis let out a sigh, continuing their search for her ghost types.

It was several hours before the pair came across another wild Pokémon. Three hours to be specific. Yes, Genesis was counting. And despite taking the time to continue her search, the god of Pokémon decided to bless her with a ghost she already had. A sigh escaped the woman, spotting the creature in the distance. She didn’t know what it was doing and honestly, didn’t care.

She observed the Pokémon for a few minutes from afar, debating on whether or not she wanted to capture it. After all, it was still a ghost type. But after much thought, the rocket grunt rolled her eyes. Turning away from the ghost creature, motioning for her Lycanroc to follow. She can only hope she won’t regret it.

It was almost time to go home. Green orbs flickered over her smart watch attached to her wrist, large purple numbers flashed the time. She sighed, turning to her Lycanroc. But just before the woman spoke, the midnight form creature let out a low growl. She bared her teeth. At first Genesis was confused, only to turn to see what her canine was growling at. Her eyes widen, seeing the purple balloon floating close to her. The trainer smiled at the wild pokemon. It floated around her head, making Genesis giggle.

The Lycanroc didn’t find it amusing however. She leaped forward, muzzle opened to CRUNCH down on the little balloon. The wild pokemon screamed, wiggling against the canines hold. This only made her bite down harder, whipping her head back and forth until the wild pokemon became motionless in her muzzle. Genesis frowned, rolling her eyes as the canine dropped the fainted pokemon at her feet. Plucking a ball from her pocket and tossing it at the creature. “That was unnecessary.”
