Far from true but Fernando keeps his words amicable. It is his tone that tells a more vivid story of his impression. The formal monotone he wears hold true to his character, neither outwardly interested nor hostile.

He shuffles from his seat. A damp towel remains snugly tied around his waist. Aside from that, the only other fabric he holds is the thick MISTY TERRAIN that now perfumes the sauna.

“I was actually thinking of bathing in the hot springs. Do you mind?”

APPEASEMENT COMES IN MANY FORMS. Obedience lines the top of what Fernando finds agreeable and therefore he finds Ana the most tolerable of the Stones, both current and past. Enough so that he offers to take his own cup along with a tray despite the ask originating from herself.

IT’S A SHORT WALK BARELY WORTH MENTIONING. A sliding door is the only thing that separates the same hall between the sauna and the changing room. They’re surprisingly empty as Fernando continues down the most direct path to the outdoor hot springs.

Somewhere in the middle, he’s drained his cup. It proves easier to handle now that he no longer has to fear spilling.

“Actually, I’ve grown fond of Orre Anejo,” that’s a half-truth.

Lulu Flint knows better than most that Fern will bitch out and shoot is straight before he ever sips it properly.
