His Gliscor camouflaged almost perfectly against that maroon backdrop. Perhaps, for that reason, the Hoothoot it chased down was unable to evade its strike, despite its attempted counter.

An EERIE IMPULSE captured the attention of the bat-winged predator above. Gliscor had been down to snatch Mareep and toss them off the edges of cliffs in other parts of the world. This one should count itself lucky there were no cliffs nearby.
