Back in the Shoal Cave...

The only reason Jessie was there now was to find some Pokemon on her own. But it was still freezing as ever. She was so drawn to ice-types, and it seemed that the best way to get them were to go to this freezing hell hole.

She'd have to deal with it.

Finn walked alongside her with his torch glowing, illuminating the cold, gray walls as they entered. The torch, as well as the dual-fire type Pokemon, provided some warmth to the poor girl.

She wished she had Niko to stand against again. He had been like a heater himself.

"Hopefully this will be fast," she said, mostly to herself.

Finn gave her a sympathetic look.

Jessica and Finn seemed to find their catch of the day rather quickly.

Out of no where, an ABOMASNOW appeared. How it fit in the cave, she had no idea. But it was a heaping, angry-looking figure in front of them.

Jessie had one of her own, and she knew that they just wanted a quiet and peaceful life. She smiled at the creature, revealing a Poke ball.

"I think you and my other Abomasnow would be good friends. Why don't you come along?"

How rude.

"Alright. Let's try this one more time. Finn, take a step back."

She aimed and threw a ball at the creature again, sucking it in. Hoping that this time, it would decide to stay.

Another break free.

Jessie sighed. She didn't want to use force, to damage the Abomasnow. But it looked like if she wanted to capture it, she was going to, less it run away.

"Alright then. I guess we'll have to use some force. Finn, FLAMETHROWER!"

A burst of fire shot from her Delphox toward the Abomasnow, causing a large chunk of damage. The creature gave a roar, but before it could retaliate, Jessie threw another ball.

One last chance before she decided to move on...
