AN EXPLINATION[break][break]
Cygne was raised in a by-the-bootstraps household constantly on the brink of eviction. She never had enough money to afford things like college, vacations, or healthcare. Eventually she got into trade school on a scholarship-- Mauville was basically begging for people to learn the electricians trade and come help with the upkeep of their giant, nonsensical indoor city bullshit-- and from there has bummed around, barely making it through. She joined Team Rocket on a very introductory, light basis, which played well into their new scheme of nothing too hard core-- sow dissent against the League and be ready for the call. [break]

Nobody knows who she is. She's, like, anti-famous.
Some people around Mauville might recognize her as their occasional handyman. She's a licensed journeyman electrician working on her mastery license.
She is an only child with little extended family. Her parents are both still alive and living in Fortree. Her mother is a nurse and her father works in construction.
