with the new information taken from luka chêne, priam is now prepared to tackle the newfound battlefield, that is the business division of the speed dating event.

he asks himself if he even needs to partake in networking given his current work.

as he ponders on strategies to use to make himself look and sound professional, he is greeted by none other than one of the most popular people on hoenn. his infamy knows no bounds that even Lulu Flint talks about him!

priam opens his mouth as soon as he sat.

it was common knowledge that silph just doesn't know how to smile, so priam doesn't find anything strange with the current expression that the councilman was showing.

with that in mind, he keeps badgering.

"who's that?" priam asks, entirely curious. "did silph just invented their own ai waifu? kinda like the evolved form of silphri?"

the voice activated search engine function of silph devices was just a disembodied voice. adding a body to it would be pretty poggers all things considered.

"oh, i bet she's gonna be cup d's with a twintail and neon colored hair! probably a mini skirt and a short-sleeved shirt with their midriff showing. that's the cool thing kids want nowadays!"

first impressions are easy to dismiss when they’re entirely wrong. the more priam rambles on the better fernando understands him. the earlier question isn’t a taunt. no, it’s the eccentric drabble of someone with no filter.

he chalks it up to a personality fault.

“i was thinking of basing the model on Melody Miro. do you know who that is?”

better to play along, suffer through what little time they have, and move on. so, he entertains it for now.

it's the only gym leader that has their gym trashed by civilians. he's seen kids at sootopolis pee on Melody Miro's gym's walls, and he's not sure what they let their pokemon do to it either.

"oh! if you're doing that, how about making it theme'd around bruxish! a friend told me it's basically her fish forme!"

he has to thank THEO BECKETT for being the link to kyle lopez, who otherwise wouldn't have any connection with kyle. the two do not know each other, but the idea managed to transcend over to the other character due to using a common friend as a conduit for information exchange.

there is only one image of chikorita in his head right now because of the internet, and so far, it doesn't incorporate Melody Miro's flatness in that department.

it still haunts him to this day.

"that wouldn't match either because the iconic leaf is like a big chunk of hair, and she doesn't have that."

the more he thinks about it, the more that only bruxish fits Melody Miro.
