Former Gym Leader and all around decent guy, the affections of his husband has warped him into a killer. Tempest is ready to both kill and be killed for his love- or for Rocket, whichever one comes first.[break] [break][break] PUBLIC [break][break] - Used to work as a fitness instructor in Slateport.
- Born and raised in Pacifidlog. Temp is part of the declining Hoyeon People, a part of the Indigenous People of Hoenn.
- Past Gym Leader of Pacifidlog. Tempest's Gym was a research vessel whose primary purpose was as conservation and research.
- Participated in the Cats vs Dogs event for team Cats
- Participated in the Hoenn Star Tournament
- Went on dates for business during the Palentine's Speed Dating
- Went to the Star Soiree with his boyfriend
- Retired from Gym Leadership due to a grievious wound during the Darkest Day that almost killed him.

- Was lucky enough to be awarded a Zarude during HST
- Sought help from multiple Gym Leaders, E4, and the Champion for help with his pokemon

- Was recently reassigned to the Research Division under the Avatar and Energy branch
- Stole a Shiny Shinx from a mission when a Shadow Luxray attacked
- One of the people who was summoned to Granite Cave by Father Winter
- Married to Cillian Quinn
- Was the person who kidnapped a, at the time, current Councilwoman for Rocket during the Battle of Dewford
- Has published a handful of reports to Rocket about Legendary Pokemon or other odd phenomona in Hoenn
- Does a lot of field work for Rocket, even if it doesn't always pertain to his division
- Interested in taking a higher ranking position
PRIVATE[break][break] - His father, Tulio Rararie, is the equivalent of the leader of his branch of his tribe in Pacifidlog
- Temp is not 'full blood', his mother being a pirate from Kalos named Alvilda. While no one has ever made him feel bad for it, his lighter skin and government name make him feel disconnected from his culture
- Met Cresselia once. It's not really a secret, he just didn't know what it was to think it was important
- While Temp is, for the most part, really friendly and kind he does have a nasty temper. Temp also enjoys the thrill of violence, in particular fist fighting.
- Health fanatic. Temp doesn't like sweets or processed foods. His favorite things are vegetables and fruits.
- Does not trust Legendary pokemon very much.
