born in hearthome city, sinnoh. the majority of his more distant ancestry actually comes from hoenn and johto, while he and his direct family were born in sinnoh. born an only child and lived a generally normal upbringing.
hearthome introduced him to the limelight due to the city's famous contests, and after deciding to become involved in contests himself between schooling and the like, he ended up integrating his own flairs into his entries.
caught the interest of talent scouts between his contests and a number of other activities (singing, dance, sports, etc.) that he involved himself with outside of schooling obligations.
moved to unova. began trainee involvements at age thirteen before properly debuting at age sixteen. spent the next seven years performing and composing with his group before ultimately deciding not to renew his own contract.
soul searching and traveling. wanted to experience more of what the world had to offer. debated on signing with another label, but ultimately decided to live a lower maintenance life regarding his career, and ended up landing a job as a dance instructor before properly settling down in hoenn.
experimented more with music. began to dabble in other genres and experiments that he couldn't while under contract. eventually realizes he had an affinity for hard rock and metal music.
started a band (autumntide), much to his surprise, and despite his initial plans. they've only been active for a couple of years to date, and although they're not limited to a single genre, they're known for their poetic/purple prose-like lyricality.

gen neo best represents his voice. his natural speaking voice is a bit lower, and when he sings, he tends to use a lower rasp. broader + very versatile vocal range.
baekdo best represents his dance style. has a spread background in a number of dance genres, but specializes in both hip hop and breakdancing nowadays.
active on most social media. still keeps up with his own social media accounts to upload choreographies and songs that he's made independently, alongside to signal boost his band. between work and life, he does take on projects (and has definitely worked with others as a choreographer and music producer) offered to him for extra wages. he still goes by his original stage name, tianci, online.
streams somewhat regularly. this is just one of the platforms that he uses in the above. generally streams music production things, and on occasion, also does gaming streams.
still keeps in contact with his group. despite the schedule differences and the like, he still talks with his old group members on a somewhat regular basis by sole virtue of being close with them.
definitely went through the expected stresses in his idol years. has always been the type to brush off stressful situations to promote his own wellbeing, but are there definitely lows that he probably hit in the industry? definitely.
lives in slateport city. lives and works in the upper district, and for the most part, he's really just enjoying his relatively newfound freedom and other leniencies.
