HELLO, EVERYONE! We're entering our 7th Arc on Hoenn! The setting and timeline will be updated to reflect this. Stay tuned as we explore the year of the dragon (or draconids?), while the site narrative brings Hoenn closer and closer to unparalleled dangers.

JCINK OR PROBOARDS? We're currently deliberating upon this potential move to the Jcink platform. Jcink has several tools that allow for automation of staffwork. Of course, it also has the added benefit of more mature content being allowed. Still! Nothing is confirmed. If you have any thoughts or opinions, please let me know!

hoenn is inspired by, but not associated with nintendo's pokemon franchise.

skin is created by pharaoh leap with graphical help from red. we would like to thank leap and meulk for their additional templates (staff temp, custom pc).

next, garden/swarm spawn, ranger raid, black market, pkmn contest post templates were coded by ulla.

teal has created the wild spawn, endeavour list, league card, exhibits. he and spiral also created the gachapon script, while the former created the gachapon template.

loreq has assisted us with many quality of life changes on site involving coding fixes, plugins and more.

lav has coded in UI accessibility features on Hoenn (cogwheel icon on the navigational sidebar).

characters belong to the members who write them, and all posts and templates on site are credited to their respective authors and artists. we claim nothing that is not ours. thank you for stopping by.

SYNOPSIS: the hoenn league has successfully diverted the 99943 meteno meteroid into an alternate universe. consequently, the region has experienced a violent planeshifting, a bombardment of terastal crystals, and now sports various rifts to realms in the ultra wilds. as megalopolan activity begins to rise, trainers who embark in expeditions to these realms uncover secrets behind the condition of the multiverse.
meanwhile, team rocket and the league amass resources to aid in their conflict against each other. the crime syndicate is poised to take more of the region territorially, while the league ponders a direct offense. legendary pokemon roam the region as potential benefactors or ruinous omens, leaving many to ponder how the hoenn region will ultimately be responsible for the end of all worlds.

Sofía chirps once. The terrain ahead appears to be clear of any wild Pokémon presence, for now. Though Cade is sure something lingers just past the inky dark filling the forest that surrounds them. He can feel its glare upon them.

Regardless, the shaggy-haired blonde continues forward. They'd come to rebuild their ranks, after all. If he was going to make a living in this region, he'd need a solid team of Pokémon to take upon his bounties.

Out of that foreboding dark... an IGGLYBUFF floats by. Sofía doesn't bother to ring the alarm. Cade spots it well ahead. He stops to stare at it as it passes.

A part of him finds the encounter humorous. All that edge and tension, and this is what it came to? Eventually, it disappears into the dark behind them.

A pair of gleaming gemstone eyes appear in the darkness ahead... followed by a sinister, toothy smile. The presence that they'd felt before, watching and stalking them, had finally made itself known. And, before too long, it attacked with darkness itself (NIGHT SHADE).

Sofia, however, danced around them with ease. The Oricorio was far more well-versed in battle than this gremlin. And she struck it down with a TEETER DANCE and a MIRROR MOVE before Cade produced a moon ball and cast it. Sableye would make a fine addition.
