after she withdraws her hands from her cheeks, he turns to cup his own hands over her cheeks. somehow, he had managed to gather up the courage to do such a thing.[break][break]

"good! i'm looking forward to it."[break][break]

and with a smile, he lowers his hands back down and returns to cooking. the steaks take no more than ten minutes, and as they're resting, he quickly cooks up the vegetables and potatoes, and bam! magically, their dinner is done.[break][break]

James’s is hardly the bold type, so when he does that it does take her off guard but in a pleasant way. Truthfully, she liked whenever he touched her. [break][break]
Now seated at the table Abigail looks over everything he made. It’s well put together and a balanced meal. She smiles briefly, cutting into her a steak to take a bite.[break][break]
Though she seems expressionless, the sparkle in her eyes gives away her opinion right away.[break][break]

this is not what james had in mind when he mentioned dessert. he quickly finds that he much prefers this, however.[break][break]

he's basically at the mercy of her whim as she sits on his lap. melting under her touch, no words escape him. the only thing he can do is shake his head to try and say: no, you're not too sweet for me.[break][break]

but she moves off him, letting him live.[break][break]
