The water licked the unfinished stairs as the crashing waves threw something on top of them. A young blonde whose loud coughing that echoed through the plant signaled to whatever was inside that he was indeed still alive and kicking. Well not really kicking as his pants were weighed down with water to really move them, nor was his brain really functioning right as he just laid there for a few good minutes. If anyone was nearby it would be obvious that the man was knocked out cold and possibly drowning as water was still in his lungs. Maybe he was drowning. No there was a high possibility that he was in fact drowning.

Well there are worse places to drown right? Although on dry land seemed like...something a loser would do. Lucky for him there were noises of something stirring deeper in the facility and a pair of eyes suddenly glowed into existance from the shadows. And then another pair, and another, and another. Oh dear, if Kaizimir didn't wake up soon it seems like he might end up lunch for some hungry monster. That's even worse!

The feeling of a sandpaper like tongue on his cheek was enough to stir the blonde as he got to his hands and knees and shook the water from his hair. His eyes were still blinded by all the water in them which required his arm rubbing them clear, once he did he found himself face to face with a zebra looking creature that looked back at him. And then it licked him in the face.

Kazimir let out a shriek of surprised and fell back into the water, and that startled the poor pokemon and sent it running back into the depths of the plant. As he got his bearings together the man looked at the entrance and decided to take a peak, he always wanted to visit some abandoned places and this looked as good of a place as any.

Going deeper into the plant the young man begin to wonder just what he would even find in here. Pokemon were a given since one was nice enough to give him a sweet kiss to wake him up. Maybe if he ran into that Zebrastrika again he'd name it Sleeping Beauty, actually that sounds like a not half bad name for a horse. On the other hand he could be walking into something dangerous, like Team Rocket trying to do some kind of twisted experiment in here. Building a weapon for them to take out Mauville after Slateport, or here gathering Pokemon to bolster their fighting force.

As the thoughts raced in his head he heard a buzzing sound and what could only be the cry of a Pokemon. With all the thoughts of Rocket in his head his brain jumped to the conclusion that it was Team Rocket and they were hurting some poor baby! With a sprint he rounded the corner and found the poor Pokemon in peril! A yellow little mouse giving a boom box a shock. Oh the horror!

Kazimir blinked before walking over, with silent steps, and approached the little electric mouse. It saw him and gave the stereo a slap with its paws and gave the man a pleading look. "Awww...ya trying to get it to start?" Kneeling down Kazimir could see that the back of the box was open and only a few centimeters away were some batteries that looked like they would fit into it. "Here...give these a boost." He told the Pikachu as he held them out for it to see. A flash of light and a buzz later and the charged batteries were put in and the power button was pushed, out came the music that got the little mouse dancing and moving his feet.

Kazimir couldn't help but give a chuckle and join in. As he did the little mouse suddenly climbed up to his shoulder and gave him a nuzzle on the cheek as a sort of thanks. "Hehehe hey that tickles! Your welcome bud, and hey, got a proposition for ya. If you join my team I'll get you a little mini player you can carry around. How's that sound?"
