Bryan had once again planned and outing for him and Priam, this time on mount pyre. [break][break]

it seemed like there was a surplus of dark types in the area and Bryan did enjoy using them for their underhanded tactics. [break][break]

Some of them were just plain mean, but he appreciated that they were willing to live their life as they saw fit. On top of that there were also fairy types who lingered around here so maybe he'd find some new useful ones. He also was just looking for an excuse to see priam more.[break][break]

And so he wore some nicer fitting clothes today for him. A white shirt with a red and black flannel and jeans. Wanting to look cute for the goob he called his own.

priam couldn't really differentiate actual business from dates so he wore what was the most comfortable that time, but it's fine, since he is self-proclaimed good at looking good with whatever he wore.

a worn-out hoodie and jeans did not seem to go along with bryan's efforts with today's outfit, but at least it makes him look scrappy and rugged, or at least, that's how he would word it if asked.

"hey, hey, hey!" he calls out as he goes near.

his walking pace turns to a light jog as he approaches, hand in the air waving for attention. once he sees the other turn to him, he opens his mouth once more.

"ya lookin' spiffy today? didn't know it was a date... night? day? just date. yah!"

subtle efforts were noticed, but the way he commented makes it applicable for a subtle jab as well in case it wasn't the case.

Bryan smiled. "I just wanted to look nice for you." he grinned as that was really it. He was relaxed, letting his walls down around the special grunt. He felt like his old self around priam, but he wasn't. [break][break]

Suddenly a Mr. Mime comes in and begins to make walls to try and surround Priam and Bryan, he sucks on his teeth because of course a fairy type comes to fucking bother him. "I swear to god." he says taking out a pokeball and releasing his gogoat. "Take care of it gogoat." he orders as the Goat Pokémon used vine whip to bind the mr mime's hands before lifting the Pokémon into the air and slamming it down. Once the Mr. Mime had enough and surrendered, Bryan took out a pokeball and lobbed it at the freak of nature before looking back to Priam. [break][break]

"How have you been babe? I've noticed you've been real busy lately. Is Eva Morales forcing you to stay around the lab longer?" he said, annoyed that the Dr and Bryan were seemingly tied together by fate. His rival was his boyfriend's boss.

he gets his luxray out to help fend off the wild pokemon. it has x-ray vision, or at least, that's what he was told they have, so it should be extra effective on doing it.

it does seem to work though when it manages to spot a nuzleaf hiding up the treetops. a few bolts from its discharge shoots it down until it falls on the ground. the electric-type takes it down before priam throws a pokeball at it.

should be useful one way or another, he concludes upon the hasty capture.

he gets a rush of dopamine with the pet name. while he'd never admit to it, the sentimentality of receiving it from someone gives him a much stronger hit than when he gets acknowledged with a mister conrad.

"oh, her? nah! well, it's not forced, but i do stay a bit longer nowadays, y'know. her thing's really interesting, like the time we got artificial shadows done! why'd you ask? ya really miss me that much?"
