Details: Upon encountering a party of (3) violators in the Eterna woods, Cadet Matiche proceeded to violate several Ranger codes in language unbefitting a League employee on official business. When the Trainers refused to depart in a timely fashion, Cadet Matiche released his Spiritomb and fired a Shadowball over their heads as a "warning shot". The ensuing blast knocked over a tree and narrowly missed hitting one of the perpetrators. Cadet Matiche turned himself in to the nearest Ranger station soon afterward, and expressed remorse for the near-miss, but not the actions themselves. In the Cadet's own words, they "deserved it. The trash left at that campsite could have killed the Wurmple and Bunneary, the ********". Effective immediately, the Cadet will be docked pay and suspended for two months, after which they will be transfered to the Hoenn branch as part of standard rehibilation protocol

Other Remarks: Cadet Matiche is a good kid, but is a little too intense about this kind of thing. Kid needs to learn that we are protectors, not eco-terrorists. If he learns to get his head out of his [REDACTED], then he could be a great ranger.
