"INFILTRATE THE DEALER AND FIND THE SUPPLIER!" Is what Noah wanted to hear today but the briefing that had come earlier was very different than what he had hoped for. They were indeed meant to infiltrate but there was no supplier to find. Rustboro city had fallen victim to a fast rush of illegal street racing incidents. Of course it was way more than just the racing, the was gang violence, likely drugs and bigger things but the racing was at the center of it all.

Noah's particular assignment was to join up with his partner and try to infiltrate the illegal races and learn as much as possible, becoming an undercover Ranger for a unknown amount of time was pretty dangerous so having someone more experienced than him was both reassuring but also scary in a way. As someone who never had done this kind of work and had stayed in the more natural side of the Rangers mostly dealing with pokemon problems.

Waiting for his partner at a shady looking part of town, tapping his foot and looking at his watch. Trying to not look too suspicious or out of place. He could ruin their first day this fast. He understood that the reason he was picked to join this undercover ops was due to him being new as a Ranger and because he was from out of town so nobody would recognize him at all. He did hope he would't be the one doing the racing, he just didn't know how so he kind of just expected to be the outside man doing the technical stuff.
