Melody arrived in moss deep city, a new challenger had come to replace her cousin huh? Well, Melody was unable to find glitch recently so maybe they left without saying anything? Despite the fact it bothered her she knew the type of kindred spirit he was so Melody decided to just leave it be. [break][break]

Besides! New gym leaders are always fun! She walked into the lobby of the gym and began to speak to whoever was nearby. "Hello?! Melody Miro is here for her challenge!" she said looking around to see who was around. This nostalgic feeling of gym challenging made her miss her own gym, she did however enjoy the whole lot of more free time. Besides her slid in her partner Primarina and her body guard Obstagoon, his hands hovering over his chest in an x.

Bundled up in a comfortable, grey wool peacoat with a matching beret, Georgette pokes her head out from a nearby lean-to filled with firewood. Her expression immediately brightens as she catches the name, her hand lifting to wave as she calls, "Bonjour, Melody! Right on time! I will be right with you."

Just a few moments later and the gym leader emerges from her work followed by a Glaceon, the little pokemon's prim footsteps barely leaving prints on the snow-dusted ground. Her smile bright, Georgette extends her hand in greeting to Melody once she is nearer, her gaze casting askance to the Primarina and Obstagoon and asks warmly, "These are you two challenging pokemon, no?"

Her expression almost apologetic, but not quite, she muses, "I hope they do not mind the snow!"

A cute little lady emerged from what seemed to be a little shelter she created to protect herself from the snow. "Oh! Hello! Bonjour!" she said returning the greeting back. [break][break]

Her Primarina sneezed and shivered as Obstagoon seemed to fair rather fine in the weather on account of his fur covering most of his body. "I guess you can tell which one is used to a tropical region and who faired well in colder places.." she comments, laughing a little bit at the varied responses. [break][break]

"They'll be alright though! How's being a gym leader treating ya? My cousin used to be the mossdeep gym leader but he high tailed it out of here."

Georgette's eyes sparkle with mirth at Melody's words, her hands settling on her hips as she looks at the other woman again. "Snowbelle City, Kalos," she offers almost apologetically; her nose wrinkles playfully, and she leans nearer to confide, "I think it is too hot elsewhere, no?"

She then hums thoughtfully at the question which follows, her expression warming as she says, "It has been very welcoming - I am grateful of everyone I have met so far. Come, let us go to the field." With a tilt of her head, she inquires as she begins to walk, "Who was your cousin?"

With that spoken, Gigi's hands move to pull out a second pokeball to release an Ursaluna from its confines. Her pale hands then bury into the thick fur of the bear to lightly scratch the beast on the shoulder, her attention yet on Melody.

She laughs "Hah, don't tell anyone. But I've always preferred the cold to the heat." she smiles as georgette goes on to ask her about glitch. [break][break]

"Oh they simply went by the name glitch, didn't really care much for last names." she says "They used to do like..a fossil theme for their gym, it was really interesting." she said looking over to the ursaluna, she didn't recognize the pokemon...but with so many new ones popping up from the time space distortions she didn't really investigate it too much. It looked kinda of like an ursaring....it's face was a lot goofier though as she found it cute.

She gives the Ursaluna's shoulder a firm pat, her head tipping to the side to urge the pokemon to move, before her hand lifts to beckon Melody towards the pitch. At her side the bear lumbers forwards, trudging through the thick blanket of snow to leave channels in his wake.

"Let us get started, then," Georgette asserts warmly to Melody. "Allons-y," she then informs her pokemon, the Ursaluna and Glaceon taking their places.

The new ursaring evolution and a glaceon.. She was familiar enough with glaceon but the wild card in this battle was that ursaluna.. "Very well. I'll take the first move then!" she calls out as Primarina and obstagoon moved forward[break][break]

"Obstagoon! Your job is to defend primarina! Primarina unleash bullet hell!" she says giving them their objectives for the battle. "Sand attack! Primarina Misty terrain!" she says as obstagoon punches the floor, breaking up the floor to grab a fist full of dirt snow and sand and tosses it directly towards the Ursaluna. [break][break]

Primarina slides directly behind obstagoon and opens her maw and unleashes a blast a pink misty terrain that soon envelopes the field entirely as the sweet scent of cotton candy fills everyone's nostrils.
