Knowing who exactly the perpetrator was, the man curled his lips inward and pressed them thinly, promptly bringing his attention towards a certain lion cub.[break][break]

Tragic as the situation was, it only proved to be a tragedy short lived as the little cub found something else worthwhile.[break][break]

His trainer sighed seeing the Litleo sprint off, though he perked up slightly at the sight of the very creature that the tiny beast seemed to be bounding over towards. For a moment, it was almost as if there was going to be an immediate repeat of very recent history, but oddly enough, it had been Regulus that found himself victimized as he more or less spooked the Yamper with his sudden appearance.[break][break]

One thing led to another, and within seconds, he watched as his fierce little lion dropped to the ground and sparked a little bit after being met with a Nuzzle.[break][break]

As concerned as he was, the man also found a newfound sense of exasperation within him, only sparing enough of a moment to tap the button of his own Pokemon’s Pokeball to recall him, all before fishing for a vacant one as he made his way over.[break][break]

”Did he scare you, sweetheart?” he chuckled softly, eying the Yamper for a little bit before crouching down and holding a hand out to it once its wariness seemed to fade. A smile tugged upon his lips as it found enough comfort to come over and nuzzle (thankfully without the sparks that just assaulted Regulus) his hand.[break][break]

He hummed, quirking his lip and giving the pup a few good rubs and scratches behind the ears before tapping the second Pokeball against its head.[break][break]

He’d make sure they restarted on the right paw again. …Later.[break]
There was paralysis needing to be cured now, after all.[break][break]
