MARSHALL SLADE

Marshall is a reimagining of one of my earliest original characters. Inspired largely by THE MANDALORIANS from Star Wars lore and the Criminal Found Family trope, he is intended to be a minor villain — neither aligned with the League nor Team Rocket. Marshall is meant to be loud, crass, hotheaded, impolite, and arrogant. He has little regard for the lives of others, except for those he cares about. The most important things in his life are the family he has formed and the money they earn through their living.

ORTHRUS
Marshall is the second-in-command of the gang ORTHRUS, led by Jack Magnus. Marshall's job is to carry out Magnus' will. He oversees large-scale operations such as the trafficking of illegal goods and Pokémon, running the protection racket in Mauville City, and delegating contracts/jobs to lower-ranking members.

In particular, Marshall is in charge of the gang's motorcycle body shop, Mauville Mods & Repair.
